Elora got up, slammed the table, and warned her husband to shut his mouth and sit down, admonishing him not to forget all that she had done for him. Apparently, Elora met Nathan at a conference and decided to marry him no matter the cost. She was really attracted to him and vowed on everything she owned to make him hers. She made her own private investigation and realized Nathan's business was suffering and therefore invested in the business with huge sums of money. Nathan really became grateful to her, but when Josephina brought up the issue of, they being in a relationship, he quickly refuted, and suggested that staying friends was okay for him. Josephina wasn't expecting any favorable response anyways; haven found out that Nathan was in a committed relationship with someone else. Two weeks after, Nathan received a call from a hospital informing him about his girlfriend's critical condition resulting from a car crash. Nathan, devastated, couldn't understand why this happened, knowing her girlfriend was very careful when driving.

Elora would now tell the family how she was present when Nathan needed someone the most. Elora became Nathan's very close friend while his girlfriend passed on. She then added how her husband had changed, just a year after their marriage, and how she's constantly cried wishing they both never even got married, but Nathan didn't look happy. In retaliation, Nathan furiously questioned the credibility of her claims, asking that she tell the family what really happened to his girlfriend. He just had had it with Elora. He looked at everyone and told them about how Elora had killed his girlfriend whom he dated for four years for God knows what. Elora suddenly turned nervous, and she began stammering, stating that none of those were true. She told everyone how her husband was cheating on her with someone else.

All this while, Josephina sat there enjoying her meal as if nothing was happening. Anthony tapped her and asked how she could still manage to eat with all that going on. She looked at him angrily and asked that he let her be. Josephina seemed so pleased with everything happening.

Nathan then took out his phone and showed everyone pictures of Elora entering a car dealership and coming out. He showed receipts and images of the licensed plate of the car she bought which was the exact car that had crashed her girlfriend's. Nathan as well showed a video of the driver confessing on how a lady had hired her to do the job. The description of the lady matched Elora perfectly. He sat down very broken and exhausted. He had always wanted to send this to the police but didn't have enough courage to do just that and going against the Thornes was something he was too scared to do. Just then, Josephina smiled and asked if he could allow her take up the case. Elora immediately turned and warned her to stay out of it, as this was between her husband and herself. Josephina, naively, smiled and asked that Elora forgive her for a wrong sentence construction. Nonetheless, Josephina asked Nathan whether he needed the services of a lawyer and that she was willing to help her if need be. Nathan, knowing about Josephina's law firm, gave a positive response. He asked that she take up the case and help him seek justice. Eliazer was still shocked as to how tenacious Josephina was.

Elora quickly snatched Nathan's phone and smashed it on the floor. She told him to go ahead and sue her, thinking there would be no evidence to that effect. Harletta, full of anger, looked at Elora and made a proclamation that she was going to testify against her since she had been a witness to two murder cases, reminding her of how she pushed Alithia down the stairs. There and then, Wyll stood up, landed a slap on Elora's face, asking her to leave, but Harletta reaffirmed that should she leave the house, her next stop would be the police station, behind bars. Wyll sat down and tried to calm himself while Harletta made him aware that if she wanted to protect his beloved daughter, she definitely must be staying in the house. Immediately, Josephina asked if there was something being hidden but as expected, just when Harletta was about speaking, Wyll interrupted and answered; there was no problem.
