Its been a couple of weeks since we got here to Japan. And life has been very good. We love it here. The beaches here are very crowded but still nice nonetheless. Each morning we would start by going on a walk, almost each morning and go back, eat breakfast, catch a bus to go to the underground train station to go a destination somewhere in the city. My aunt and uncle are working so mostly we are on our own. We even made friends, they help us around the city and we spend a ton of time together. So the group of us tend to be together all the time.

Today we all decided to get coffee in the morning and go to the beach. Less crowded in the mornings. The weather today was great. It was sunny but not super hot and the nice wind that would appear once in a bit. We laid down a sheet of fabric onto the sand so we could put our things and sit on it. Removed our clothes and underneath we had our swimsuits on. Some of us walked to the ocean, I stayed behind to be one of those who watched our things, Iris went to swim. We switched after the others were done swimming for the time being. After my group was done we all sat down and chatted about things. Later went to find something to eat. I will say the cuisine here is spectacular, it felt authentic and it taste really good, I felt good eating it knowing it is in my genetics to be able to enjoy truly this food.

After the food we all went our separate ways for today. Em and Iris got back to my aunt's house. We felt like chilling there for a bit and maybe not even go out today more. My aunt and uncle got home later in the afternoon. We all had dinner and all of us went to the living room to watch tv. The two of us don't understand Japanese and so we kind of just looked at what was happening and trying to understand it that way. We watched the tv for a while and my aunt out of nowhere asked me to go to the kitchen with her so she could talk to me. I have no clue about what could possibly she want to talk about with me alone. We sat down, she looked serious.

"You know how your mother doesn't talk with her side of family?"

"Yeah."

"There is reason or well reasons why. First I was the favorite child and as she the older one, she got less attention and was jealous of it, so she studied hard to be able to get away from our country and live somewhere else. Along the years she met your father. He wasn't liked by our parents which made your mother want to cut ties with us and move out, he wanted to study and live in another country as well which veyr well worked for the both of them. So once they graduated they moved to Australia, got to university, the best one and studied veyr hard and now are very working people and later have you and your sister. I hope she learned our parents mistake and never favored one other the other."

"She more or so just made a lot of pressure on me first to be very perfect. Like have good grades, be good and well not date the same gender."

"The same gender thing is a family thing and I guess she still believes in it. I am sorry she put you both that high to be."

"I somewhat got used to it but scared if I knew I made a mistake."

"It is ok to make mistakes."

"I know but it always been hard once you do."

"She might come around."

"I hope so."

"Your dad is good with you as far as I know, right?"

"Yeah, he is."

"Your mother is lucky she found him and chose him."

"Are you jealous of your sister? You are married too."

"Oh no. I am veyr happy with my husband, just so you know she is lucky and both are great parent I am sure. But everyone has some sort of a broken part to them. Either they show it or not, win over it or it wins over them."
