☞︎ . "Why are you back so early?" Her mother asked walking back into the kitchen with Sierra following behind her to finish packing her lunch. "Cause I didn't wanna be there. Ion got no test and I was bored." She answered dryly, sitting her purse on top of the island along with her drink from Chick-fil-A and a small fry that's in the kitchen— leaning on it and watching her mother.
Her mother nodded her head in understanding remembering that she used to do the same thing back in her high school years. "me and the others going on a trip to Miami at the beginning of June. You wanna come?"
Her mother looked up thinking about the question, "Uh yeah I just gotta tell them I'm taking off. Well, how many days we gon be there?" She finished packing her bag and walked up the stairs to her room. Sierra followed behind her.
"Like 6 days or so." Her mother once again nodded her head after doing what she was doing and headed back downstairs. Sierra once again followed her to the kitchen and back to the front door kissing each other on their cheeks and saying bye.
Immediately after she shut the door, she went upstairs and changed into some shorts and a T-shirt. She made it back downstairs wanting to clear her mind up a little from her thoughts, she turned on the big speaker that was in their living room turning on Slide Thru by Yung Bleu (ft. Baby B).
She started with the kitchen since her mother hasn't been able to do it as she works a lot, especially with different schedules. Her brother cleaned up the house every once in a while, only when he was there. He was never really at home.
Then the living room wasn't even a mess it was just some stuff that needed to be picked up, she went to the downstairs bathroom, her mother's room then upstairs to the guest bedroom and bathroom, and last but not least her bedroom and bathroom that's connected to her room.
She got done around three thirty-nine; feeling energized even after cleaning the whole house besides her brother's room.
She walked down the stairs and into the kitchen wanting to get something to snack on but there wasn't anything in there she wanted so she went back upstairs to get her wallet, keys and threw on some pink Crocs. When she opened the front door she saw someone standing there not expecting that person to be there.
"what are you doing here?" She asked standing with the door open, her wallet in her left hand along with her phone, not remembering the group saying they were coming over, really not even Notti.
