Later that day Colby came to the gym wanting to run on the treadmill until he couldn't feel the guilt and upset that he was feeling at what happened to Andi. No such luck it would seem as when he opened the door, the very person that was consuming his thoughts and feelings was on the treadmill, despite the command from Joe and Liv to rest.

He hesitantly makes his way over and gets onto the treadmill next to her. He misses her and he wishes that he didn't let his insecurities get to him in the first place that made him open his stupid mouth. The argument they had had a few days prior was not how he had envisioned the conversation going. He had wanted her to let him know that he wasn't crazy, that there were feeling on both sides, but he had let his nerves get the better of him and it had come out accusatory and harsh.

There were a few glances shared while they ran in silence, but she looked away quickly when he managed to get eye contact. He notices the bags under her eyes and bites his lip, 'he did that' he told himself again. As they ran, they carried on their game of sneaking looks and eventually it became distracting enough that they both tripped at the same time. He huffs out a quiet laugh and see's that she's biting down a smile...

"I'm sorry..."

He says softly and quietly.

"I'm sorry for being such a jerk and I'm sorry that I ruined our friendship."

Andi side-eyed him for a moment before sighing and turning off her machine. Colby startled at this before quickly turning his off too. She didn't turn to face him directly, instead sitting on the end of the treadmill, so he sat next to her on his own.

"You didn't ruin our friendship... you hurt me; I'm not going to lie but you did have a point about feelings."

She hid her face by leaning forward so that her hair covered it, seemingly embarrassed by the admission.

"But I would never do anything to hurt my husband. I thought you knew me well enough to know that..."

"I do! I do... I just. I'm struggling with how I feel and I got scared. I lashed out and I took it out on you. You have no idea how sorry I am."

Andi reached out, still not coming out from behind her hair and patted his knee softly.

"It's okay, I forgive you. For what it's worth, I'm sorry too. What I said was awful."

Colby looked up surprised, wracking his brain for what she had said... oh. The cheat thing, well, he deserved that he guesses... He put his hand over hers and squeezed it.

"Thank you."

They sat in silence for a while, just thinking and enjoying that they were sort of okay again before Colby needed a little reassurance...

"Are we okay? I know it's asking a bit much, but I've missed this... being in here with you."

Andi lifted her head slightly and looked at him as he fidgeted nervously. She had missed him too...

"Yes..."

Colby lit up like a Christmas tree, smile threatening to split his face.

"Do you think I can push it and ask for a hug?"

"Oh, I don't know..."
She said teasingly, smiling back. Colby lunged forward almost knocking her over and gripped her tightly. She laughed, trying to gain her balance before squeezing back just as tightly, burying her face in the crook of his neck. They stayed that way for a while, both relaxing into each other.

Andi broke the moment though, standing up and offering her hand to help Colby up too. He accepted and thanked her before asking about getting some sleep because he was exhausted. Andi admitted that she hadn't slept well at all since their fall out and agreed to come back to their makeshift bed on the condition that if they had a problem, they would talk about it like adults and not let what had happened, happen again.

Colby agreed and said that he wanted their friendship to last, not fall apart like it nearly did. They both slept like babies that night, Andi even left putting up the pillow barrier...
