Lily and Tom were nearly blown off their feet. Sonic had just let out a huge blue electric explosion from his body. After the smoke cleared, Lily looked up at her brother, who was standing there in shock. "Uhhh....sorry?" said the blue hedgehog, scratching the back of his head nervously. Tom and Lily just stared. Tom started to laugh a little. Lily didn't know whether to laugh or stay shut. Sonic chuckled awkwardly. "My bad, guys!" Then the power went out randomly, startling Tom, Lily and Sonic. Sonic's eyes widened to the size of golf balls. "....Do I need to hit ya with a crowbar-?" Lily asked hesitantly.

"No, no, it happens a lot," said Sonic. Lily was uncertain as to what he was saying. But she believed him. "Oh. How often-?" she asked. "Extremely often," Sonic and Tom said in unison. Lily chuckled. "Ohhh, okayyyyy." She smiled. "Well, let's get backl home," Tom said. "We don't wanna keep Maddie and the chili dogs waiting!" Sonic bounced up. "LES GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!" he shouted, running off. "Sonic, wait-!" Tom called. Lily ran after Sonic, leaving Tom and Ozzie to walk all the way home.
