"I don't wanna go back to Holmes Chapel." Harry sighed as he walked next to Louis on the beach.
"The summer went by so fast." Louis replied and took Harry's hand.
"Yeah, I can't believe it's over." Harry replied and let out another deep sigh.
"I'm gonna miss you, Harry." Louis said. He stopped walking and turned to face the younger lad.
A mariachi band was rehearsing at a nearby cafe and the music reached them. Louis glanced over Harry's shoulder and saw his best friend Zayn walk past them in the sand while he sang.
Yeah, oh ooh ooh, ooh ooh, ooh.
Zayn turned around and walked backward, staring them down.

Had the best time and now it's the worst time
But we have to say goodbye
He really set the mood. Louis couldn't believe he wouldn't see Harry again. They had spent the whole summer together. Harry reached out a hand and caressed his chin and picked up the song.

Louis would never forget. Back at the cafe' a blonde guy from school walked out on the terrace and turned toward the ocean before he opened his mouth and belted

Zayn reached the cafe and stood next to Niall, the blonde guy and joined in on the song.

The beach suddenly felt crowded. Louis peeked around for some privacy while he sang his heart out, looking Harry deeply in the eyes as the words came spilling over his lips.
Wish that we could be alone now
If we could find some place to hide

Push a button and rewind
Apparently they had no privacy at all. Another one of Louis' friends came running after a beach ball. Liam threw himself in the sand and missed the ball but at least he sang a verse.

Louis appreciated that his friends showed support, but he had no idea why the Irish guy sang his heart out with his arms wide open up on the terrace. That was a bit weird. Niall continued.

They were alone again. Louis' friends had left. Niall went inside the cafe again and the mariachi band had stopped playing. Summer was over.
