Even if she asks me in another hundreth years I would always have given her the same reply
"Covey, no matter if your heart still aches for another, I will always choose to stay by your side. I'll be waiting until you're ready. I know you're scared of what happened with Dae, but I want you to carve it in your heart that I won't run away even when things are confusing or hard. I won't put you through that pain again like your last relationship."
Kitty rested her head in my chest it seemed like it had been made for her. Slowly wrapping my arms around her to shield her from he pain she felt. She pulled on tightly that my heartbeat started to rise uncontrollably. The meteor shower was a spectacle, which made it more special.
"Covey with you here with me makes everything peaceful in my heart. Let's stay a little longer like this until the meteor shower passes. Each one of those shooting stars will be a memory I will make with you. That's a promise. "
