009 - "Hi"

Like the wind pass by, Ni-ki and joonhyeok walked inside and we followed them with some bodyguards.

You feel like a stranger to me now.

As we followed them, we heard the small pep talk outside, they must know each other.

"How's japan, how's your sister?"

Joonhyeok hyung first started the conversation.

"You're getting married?" Ni-ki fire back.

Joonhyeok hyung retorted, "I'm asking first niks." And ni-ki giggled softly.

That was cute.

"She's in hospital until now,"

Hospital?

"Is she awake? Are you guys getting better

Ni-ki scoffed.

"It's fine, better than ever."  

I didn't expect him to be this mature than before, maybe it's just time that has passed.

Anyway, it's in the past now. We can't do anything now sunoo. Get over it.

But, the question is, how?

Before coming in, joonheyok whispered, "stay beside me." And I can't control my emotions then that I just nodded and smiled. He smiled too.

While observing the meeting and writing important things, I felt a stare that focuses only on me.

I tried not noticing it and just put my focus on the paper I was writing on but I'm so distracting that I can melt right away if I knew who would stare at me.

And I did. I did melt into his stare.

I just need a one look and met his eyes. joonhyeok's stare.

I want to be eaten by the ground because of the stare he gave.

He's just looking at me, relax at his chair, placing his palm onto the handle of the black chair where I was sitting too. And his direction was on me. It was a direct stare.

We stared too much that I don't even know that the meeting ended. It was because of someone, I think?

"Mr. Lee?" Ni-ki's secretary called out.

And the stare broke, it feels like relief.

Joonhyeok looked at the girl and immediately stood up,

The secretary smiled, "Mr. Nishimura was not feeling well today,..." Joonhyeok and I looked directly at ni-ki who was leaving, not even looking at him.

And the secretary continues, "He would love to continue the meeting tomorrow, If you may.." and joonhyeok worriedly smiled back, "Of course, If it's him. Please take care of him." He and the secretary smiled to each other and after, she left.

He must be really tired.

When we got at his office, I notice how worried he was for ni-ki, it's natural though.

Joonhyeok is ni-ki's cousin.

But he was worried sick like he can't even calm himself at the feeling and I can feel it.

After many headache turns, he finally stops and looked at me.

He grabbed his wallet from the table and took out a card, "Kim," and I answered, "Yes, hyung?" He handed out the card to me, "Buy ni-ki his medicine and bring it to him."

This must be.. WHAT?

I froze on my spot, supposed to take the card from his hand.

Joonhyeok looked surprised at my weirdness when I froze, I looked at dumb, maybe, but I don't care.

"Hey.."

Joonhyeok looked concerned "are you okay?" At me. And I can hear every beat of my heart, "Huh?" Whispering his name.

"Can you do it for me, Kim?" I just know that, "Y..yes. Mr. Lee." That when I see him again,

I don't know, "take it to him, okay?" I feel like my heart, it's gonna scream.

Scream how much I missed him. Scream how much I still love him. Because until now, I still hope that it's still the same to him too.

Because I hope, I pray to God that when we met again, He'd still know me. He'd still love me. Even though it change so many ages ago.

And the thought of talking to him is uneasy to my part but still, I'm here, standing infront of his address house. Knocking out to his door.

Until someone opened, someone I knew. Someone I missed, Someone I loved. Someone I admired.

Someone I want to see the most, and it's him. It felt almost like a dream.

"Hi."
