Maggie and Hope are in Victor's room, both visibly upset

Hope -  I'm so sorry aunt Maggie.

Maggie - takes Hope's hand in hers , her voice shakes as she speaks,  you need to stop apologizing,  it's not your fault

Hope - but I know you would have wanted to be with him

Maggie - looks at the hospital tray next to Victor's bed , she picks up an hour glass that is sitting on the table.

Maggie -  The sand in his hour glass it ran out ,  it was his time Hope

Hope - looks at the hour glass and remembers Angela's visits with Hope at the Greek Hospital
Angela tells Hope the sand has not run out on Her heros hour glass yet. Hope snaps from her memory as Maggie starts talking

Maggie - you know what there was a nurse here yesterday she gave me that hour glass.  Weird thing is it's a small hour glass it only tracks time by an hour and I never saw it run out

Hope - wipes tears from her eyes . Maybe you missed it when one of the nurses or Sarah or Kayla came in maybe they turned it over. 

Maggie- sad tone to her voice ,no I never left Victor's side.  I saw that same nurse again in the Cafe when I went to get my coffee.  What's even stranger is I've never seen her here at the hospital  before not in all the years I've been at this hospital even when I was volunteering here , I dont ever remember seeing her

Hope - that's odd, you'll have to get her name from Kayla or Sarah
I'm sure they must have her name on the rotation schedule

Maggie - she told me her name , it was Angela.

Hope - looks at Maggie with shock on her face,  Angela she says , she remembers thinking that Maggie was touching her shoulder when Victor passed but when she looked no one was there , the same thing happened in the greek hospital when Hope was at Bos bedside

Maggie - yes angela , Just now when I saw her in the Cafe, she reminded me that when one door closes another one opens.  That would be about the time that Victor passed.

At that moment the door to Victor's room slowly and quietly opens.  The two Horton / kiriakas women turn to see Kayla

Kayla - Hope can I speak to you

Hope looks at Maggie

Maggie - it's ok sweetie I need a couple moments alone with Victor you go , Sarah's going to be back any moment anyway

Hope - hugs her aunt tightly,  im just Down the hall if you need anything. I love you

Maggie- I love you too sweetheart
Maggie squeezes Hopes hand

Kayla - opens the door to Victor's room and follows Hope out

Hope - is everything ok ?

Kayla - your not going to beleive this .

Hope - starts getting upset again  is Bo ok?

Kayla - Bos awake he opened his eyes

Hope's sadness turns to happiness , she looks at Kayla
