S2 E6:Family Time

Masaru and the team enter the watchtower.

"I knew the HBTC would make you stronger but...damn didn't know that it would make you this strong and this old!" Batman says

"How old are you?" Diana asks

Oh yeah I'm not going to do math.

"29" Masaru says

"So what do we do now?" Flash asks

Masaru smiles.

As they walked through the carnival, they saw all sorts of attractions and games. Superman suggested they try the ring toss game, and they all agreed.

(Brief Writing Change)

Masaru: "This looks like fun. How do we play?"

Superman: "You just have to toss the rings and try to get them around the bottles."

Masaru picked up the rings and tossed them with all his might. To his surprise, all three rings landed perfectly around the bottles.

Masaru: "I did it! I won!"

Superman: "Nice job, Masaru! You're a natural at this."

As they continued through the carnival, they saw a group of kids playing a game where they had to knock down a stack of cans with a ball.

Masaru: "I want to try that one."

Wonder Woman: "Go for it, Masaru. We'll be cheering you on."

Masaru picked up the ball and threw it at the cans with all his might. The cans went flying, and the crowd cheered.

Masaru: "That was awesome! I want to try it again."

The rest of the Justice League watched as Masaru continued to play the game, knocking down the cans with ease.

Batman: "Looks like we've got a new carnival champion."

As they walked through the carnival, they saw a roller coaster that looked like it went straight up into the sky.

Flash: "Who's up for a ride on that roller coaster?"

Everyone agreed, and they all got in line for the ride.

Masaru: "I've never been on a roller coaster before. Is it scary?"

Green Lantern: "Don't worry, Masaru. It's a lot of fun."

As they climbed to the top of the coaster, Masaru felt his heart pounding in his chest. But as they began the descent, he felt a rush of excitement that he had never felt before.

Masaru: "This is amazing! I want to ride it again!"

After the roller coaster, they went on several more rides, including a Ferris wheel and a carousel. As the sun began to set, the group decided to take a break and grab some food. They all got some hot dogs and cotton candy, and Masaru tried some funnel cake for the first time.

Masaru: "This is delicious! I've never tasted anything like it."

Superman: "Glad you like it, Masaru. It's one of my favorites too."

After they finished their food, they decided to play some more games. They tried their luck at a shooting game and a whack-a-mole game. Masaru won again and again, and the group was amazed at his skills.

Wonder Woman: "You're really good at these games, Masaru. Have you played them before?"

Masaru: "No, I've never played them before."

As the night went on, the carnival became more and more crowded. The group decided to watch a magic show, where they saw a magician make a rabbit appear out of a hat. Masaru was amazed and couldn't believe what he saw.

Masaru: "How did he do that? That's incredible!"

Green Lantern: "It's just an illusion, Masaru. He's not really making the rabbit appear out of thin air."

Masaru: "Oh, I see. That's still really impressive."

As the carnival began to wind down, the group decided to go on one last ride together. They chose the bumper cars, and Masaru was excited to try them out.

Masaru: "This looks like it's going to be a lot of fun."

Flash: "Just make sure you don't crash into any of us, Masaru!"

The group got into their cars, and the ride began. Masaru was having a blast, dodging and weaving through the other cars. They all laughed and shouted as they bumped into each other.

As the ride came to an end, Masaru felt a sense of joy that he had never felt before. He was grateful to have the Justice League as a family and to have experienced such an amazing day at the carnival.

Masaru: "Thank you all for such an amazing day. I had so much fun with you guys."

Superman: "We're glad you enjoyed it, Masaru. It was great to have you with us."

Wonder Woman: "We should do this again sometime."

And with that, the group left the carnival, feeling happy and content after a day of fun and adventure.
