Collecting the Male Leads’ First Nights
CH 47

“I didn’t say I would scold her. I said I wanted to know. And Sylvia is a close acquaintance.”
“Ugh…”
“Does that mean…”
The two thugs were speechless, and Sylvia intervened in their conversation.
“Hm? A close acquaintance?”
‘Were we close acquaintances? I don’t remember getting acquainted at all.’
Sylvia tilted her head. She contributed to the pyramid business by giving a great speech, but she didn’t have any memories of getting acquainted with him. Luca naturally lowered his hand that was stroking Limbo’s mane and gently stroked the back of Sylvia’s hand holding the reins.
“Well, we’re going to get close in the future, so we’re close acquaintances. Isn’t that right, Sylvia?”
“Umm… r… right?”
As expected, his player temperament of seducing women with his mouth did not disappear. When Luca smiled and stroked the back of her hand, Sylvia felt like she was going out of her mind in an instant.
‘Is there anything I can give you?’
She rummaged through her pockets to give Luca something, then shook her head violently as she managed to come to her senses. She could barely resist the temptation to fill Luca’s hands with gold and silver coins, even if Limbo were to be taken by a pawn shop.
‘Ah! I can’t do that… I just lost my mind for a moment and went to the pawn shop. As expected, he’s an extremely dangerous man. As long as he’s poisonous, there’s nothing to benefit from being next to him. I’ll voluntarily give him all my possessions in an instant.’
Luca, who gave her an eye smile that could melt her away, looked at Sylvia’s decisive expression and pouted.
“By the way, why didn’t you contact me? I waited for a long time.”
“Contact? Shouldn’t there first be a way to contact…?”
“I gave him a business card. Was he a butler? I gave a business card to the black-haired man who took you. Didn’t you receive it?”
“A business card?”

As Sylvia tilted her head, Luca thought about it. Then, he scoffed with a cold expression.
“Ah! As expected. I didn’t like the look in his eyes, and as it turned out, he didn’t deliver it.”
‘What’s going on?’
It seemed that Sevis had taken the business card and forgot to deliver it. Whether he forgot or not, she didn’t want to get closer to the poisonous Luca, so she wouldn’t have contacted him. She needed to know how to remove the poison before targeting him.
‘Even so, it’s better to leave a possibility open to some extent. I’ll be targeting him sooner or later.’
Sylvia looked into Luca’s eyes, who was still stroking the back of her hand in a strange way. Then, she smiled brightly and flipped her hand over, holding Luca’s hand.
“I did get your business card. But if it’s the pyramid scheme business, I’m afraid I don’t want to participate anymore. It doesn’t suit me…”
“Pyramid scheme? It’s a network business that’s going to change the future. But no, I didn’t mean to talk about that… I didn’t give you the business card to talk about business. I wanted to talk to you about something secret.”
Luca slowly opened his seductive eyes and looked at Sylvia. Seeing that, the fatty and the skinny guy were dumbfounded. They brought him here to scold her, but there was a lewd atmosphere between their leader and the head hitter. The two whispered in a low voice and examined the situation.
“What’s going on?”
“Well, one thing I know is that there is no longer a way to scold the head hitter.”
“I thought the boss was going to scold her, so I followed him because I wanted to see it… But now it feels like I’m looking at someone else’s love affairs, so I feel dirty.”
“Shh, watch your language. There are rumors that when the boss is angry, he will burn all your hair and make you bald…”
As the two of them whispered, Luca stopped smiling at Sylvia and turned his head, looking at them with a cold expression. As he did, the skinny guy and the fatty gasped and blocked their mouths with their hands.
“I can hear everything.”
“I-I’m sorry. I said something improper.”
“Take a hint. Why don’t you go to a stall or something and get some rice cake skewers?”
“I-I understand!!”
The two of them gave a deep bow and ran away. Only Luca and Sylvia remained in the quiet alley. Sylvia was somehow unfamiliar with this situation. Of course, she fondled his body the last time and he even came on her face, but Luca didn’t have that memory. She couldn’t understand what this lewd atmosphere was.
‘Did anything happen while I was passed out?’
Sylvia, who got the feeble state ailment after her speech, could not witness the conversation filled with jealousy between Sevis and Luca, as well as Luca’s lustful eyes. That was why Luca’s attitude did not make sense now.
‘I remember him trying to get me into the pyramid business… I hope this isn’t a trick to draw me to it again.’
As Sylvia looked at Luca with a reluctant expression, he searched his suit jacket and smiled softly while giving her a golden business card. His abundant eyelashes as he lowered his eyes could not be more beautiful.
‘I’d like to lick those eyelashes somehow… No, get yourself together.’
After a brief daze, Sylvia pinched her hand and managed to come to her senses. Luca flirtatiously opened his golden eyes, which shone like a jewel, and put the business card in Sylvia’s hand.
“This is the address to my nest of carrier pigeons. The carrier pigeon from the business card I gave you before is on maternity leave, so call me here. Sylvia… I missed you. I don’t know where you live, so I couldn’t come to you first… Won’t you tell me where you live?”
‘Yeah, I can’t tell you where I live. I don’t want to receive a lot of jade floors.’
Sylvia looked at the business card Luca had given her, trying to remain alert, and then put it in a mini bag she had on her side.
“Ah… The carrier pigeon went on maternity leave. Tell it I’m praying for a safe delivery. As for where I live… I can’t tell you that. But why do you want me to contact you?”
“I told you. I want to talk to you about something secret. Hm… I have a lot of businesses, even if it’s not the one from last time. I can also tell you a lot of stories that will help you.”
Luca clicked his tongue inwardly. He wondered why he had to fret and make an excuse like this to contact a woman.
‘When I say I want to talk, other women come running with twinkling eyes and without asking why. What a disgrace. As expected, the one who falls in love first is the loser.’
Luca had put in a lot of effort, even stroking the back of her hand and saying that he would tell her something that would help her, something he never had to do before. Thanks to his good looks, he had lived his life comfortably and got things done by only using his face and mouth, without even having to take his hands out of his pockets.
Despite Luca’s efforts, Sylvia put the business card away with an unenthusiastic expression, which made him anxious.
‘What if she doesn’t contact me?’
He had to think. What should he do so that she has no choice but to contact him? Quickly racking his brain, he remembered how Sylvia was obsessed with money at the jade floors event last time. He gave her a melting smile once again and brought up a subject that might tempt her.
“If the jade floors business doesn’t suit you, there is going to be a festival on the upcoming Coming-of-Age Day. There is a good job that you can do then. I want to talk about it. How about that?”
“Oh?”
As expected, Sylvia gazed at Luca with a glowing expression. Luca smiled brightly when she showed interest.
“What kind of job?”
“What kind of job…”
As soon as Luca approached her face and tried to whisper into Sylvia’s ear, the bells at the temple’s tower began to ring to announce the time, and Sylvia raised her head in surprise.
“Oh my gosh! This is not the time for that. I’ll contact you on this business card. I have to go to work at that temple.”
“Aah, so you work at the temple.”
“It’s just a cleaning job. I’ll be in touch soon. Bye!”
When Sylvia shouted, “To the temple!”, Limbo, who had been squinting its eyes with a displeased expression, like an awkward loner in the corner, glared at Luca for a moment.
It looked at him as if telling him, “There is a horse here. A horse.” It didn’t seem to like that the two of them created a strange atmosphere while ignoring it.
When Sylvia urged it, Limbo began its autonomous driving. As he watched Sylvia’s back get farther away, Luca waved his hand and shouted.
“Sylvia, be sure to contact me! Alright?”
When Sylvia disappeared completely, Luca stiffened his expression while smiling brightly. As expected, the black-haired kid must not have given her his business card. Sylvia said she had received the business card, but that seemed like a lie. The business card from last time had contacts other than the carrier pigeon.
Luca bit his lips with an irritated expression.
‘It’s not as easy as I thought. The black-haired butler acts like that, Sylvia doesn’t show any interest in me…’
Unlike other women who were in a hurry to talk to him, Sylvia was like a wind that seemed to go away quickly.
It was strange. She must have clearly fallen in love with his looks just by looking at his eyes, but even then, she had such a detached attitude. When he stroked the back of her hand, she should have rushed down from the horse and locked arms with him, saying she was going to quit her part-time job right away.
‘Is she a woman who knows how to control her instincts? It might be useless to bewitch her with my face.’
Luca didn’t think at all that his face wouldn’t be her type. He was confident that his appearance was attractive to women all over the world, so he concluded that Sylvia was a woman with strong self-restraint. But in fact, from Sylvia’s point of view, Luca was poisonous. He was just a character whom she had no intention of getting involved with until a solution was found. She smacked her lips every time she looked at him, but Luca had no way of knowing her inner thoughts.
Luca clasped his hands behind his head and walked leisurely to the stall where the tattooed fatty and the skinny guy would be. He gave her an opportunity to contact him, so she would be in touch with him soon. Luca was in a hurry, but he decided to approach her slowly without making any mistakes.
‘I’ve always gotten women on my side easily. It’s not too bad to go around like this either.’
