chapter seven [breaking and entering]

Quackity heard knocking. At first, he was ignoring it, but it was nonstop. It was pretty unnerving. He had a feeling it was an emergency, and someone he knew was hurt. That was the most likely reason that someone would be banging on a random casino's door.

He sighed then went to the door and opened it, when he saw it was techno he did not respond well. He pulled a dagger out his pocket and held it up to the other, ready to stab when he needed.

Techno put his hands up. "I'm not here to arrest you, I'm here because of wilbur," he said, an unfamiliar look of panic on his face. He never looked panicked or really showed emotion, which made quackity nervous.

"What about him?" He asked, trying to hide the worry in his voice."The heroes have him, " he said. Before quackity could say anything, Techno said, "I came to ask for your help to get him out. I'm not sure how many heroes I can take while trying to get him out in once piece"

He nodded and ran off, coming back a few minutes later in his villain gear with his weapons. "Lead the way," he said. Techno had to admit he admired the way he didn't even ask questions after that even though it could be a trap.

He still followed just in case Wilbur was actually in danger. That was the reason techno approved of their relationship in the past. That was the reason he never told the heroes where the casino was.

They didn't stop running until they were at the hero agency. No one was outside, so techno pulled his keycard out his pocket and opened the door with it. "Come on, we have to hurry. Most people are on break, but it ends soon. "

Quackity nodded before going in with techno close behind. He quickly took the lead and started going to the room wilbur was in. He opened it but they had a small problem, wilbur wasn't there anymore.

"Fuck" he muttered under his breath. "We should split up, if you get caught you can stay in a house by the casino. Just wait at the casino till I get back" quackity said before running off to find him.

He offered techno a house because he was wilburs godfather and he knew they were kinda close. He knew wilbur saw him as his father, he didn't want to tell wilbur techno got arrested because of him.

He ran down the hall, he was going to one of the holding area's. There were two, one for dangerous villains and one for less dangerous villains. He had only ever been to the area for less dangerous villains since the heroes thought he was powerless.

He wasn't he just never used his power, well he did, just not in front of heroes. He would he used as a weapon if they knew his powers, so he kept them hidden. Not even wilbur knew about them and he knew almost everything about quackity at one point.

He swung the door open and started looking, it was surprisingly empty. Not a single person, guess they didn't see wilbur as that dangerous. His powers didn't work if the person couldn't hear him so they most likely just put earmuffs on.

He checked one more time before running off to the other holding area. He tasked himself with the downstairs area since he saw techno run to the stairs to go to the second floor.

He checked the second holding area but again, wilbur wasn't there. He kept checking places downstairs, that was until he heard pounding footsteps coming towards him.

He flipped around just to see techno holding wilbur, he was covered in bandages. Some of said bandages were bloody, quackity wanted to stay and fuck the heroes up for hurting wilbur but he didn't.

He made his way to the exit with techno right behind him. Everything was fine until he door was unlocked and opened, a bunch of heroes were waiting for them. Weapons were in there hands "you three are all under arrest" one said.

Techno was still holding wilbur since he was unconscious while quackity quickly grabbed his weapon. All was well until quackity got stabbed, he got stabbed in the chest.

There were two heroes left at the point, techno had leaned wilbur against a tree and was helping quackity take them out. He quickly killed the other people using his axe. Ignoring the fact that he was a murder now.

He went to quackity and checked his pulse but he didn't have one. He was gone.
