"Lisa be quiet, we don't want you waking her yet."
"I won't."
"Who has the matches?"
"I do.. here."
"Okay light it." My eyes slowly started to awaken from underneath the sheets by the sudden loud whispers.
"Okay ready?"
"Alright.. 1. 2. 3." Suddenly the blankets we're immediately pulled off from over my head, causing me to tiredly look up at the four unnie's.
"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Y/N. Happy birthday to you." The four of them sang in unison as Jennie extended her arms out in front of me with a plated candled cupcake.
"Our maknae is officially 16 today! Now make a wish and blow out you're candle." Jisoo said with a bright smile on her lips, as she takes a seat beside me before taking ahold of both my hands and slowly pulling me up.
With a smile plastered on my lips, I sit up and sleepily rubbed my eyes, before looking at the lit candle and finally blowing it out.
The four of them happily cheered for me as they watched the smoke from the candle wisp away.
"So what did you wish for?" Chaeyoung asked me with enthusiasm, I tiredly let out a chuckle before finally answering.
"I'm too tired to make a wish this early, but even if I had. Why would I tell you? Then my wish wouldn't come true."
"Yea she's got a point Chae, okay now get up birthday girl because we're taking you to breakfast this morning." Lisa excitingly said as she took both my hands and pulled me up from bed.
I let out a small groan as she continued to drag me towards my closet while I tiredly followed. "But Lisa.. I'm still tired." I said in between my yawn.
"Y/n/n, it's already 8:45am which means it's time for you to get up. Plus none of us ate yet so hurry up and get dressed, we have a whole day planned." She excitedly explained as I cover my mouth to let out another yawn.
"Why are you so tired Y/n? Didn't you go to bed early last night?" Jennie's sudden question caused me to avoid her gaze by looking through my closet.
"Um.."
"You didn't, what we're you doing last night that caused you to stay up so late?"
"She was probably watching videos.. and I think we all know what I mean by- owe unnie." Lisa let out a painful whine by a sudden slap to her head from Jisoo.
"Lalisa, knock it off." Jisoo sternly warned the Thai girl.
"Unnie I was just joking, but even if I wasn't it's not like Y/n is as innocent as she seems."
"Even if she is or isn't, she's still our maknae and as her unnie's it's our responsibility to teach her good behavior, now shut it." Jennie warned Lisa as she just fearfully put her hands up in defeat before walking over to my bedside and sitting.
