As a professional gynaecologist Saarah easily got a job in the hospital. Two months had passed yet she met only three patients came to her for the consultancy.
Most of the cases, came to her with the sense of aborting the baby. But Saarah completely refuses that kind of cases even it is necessary for some patients to abort the baby, Saarah refuse them.

She only wants to give a birth to a baby and she wants to be a part of a living in this world. She doesn't want to Hurt the gifts given by the God to them.
She came to know that there is less opportunity for the gynaecologist in Germany thus, she started working as a general doctor in Germany.
But she wanted to become the best gynaecologist. So, she begins to searching the place where there is good opportunity for gynaecologist then she find out that's her own hometown India.
In research about India, most of the places doctors are doing caesarean for money. She shocked to know the information about India so she wanted to go India and find out the places where people are doing caesarean for money and she wants to choose those places for doing normal delivery and then she can achieve the title of best gynaecologist.
Beyond everything, she was a travel lover she desired to stay in Germany for some change. Thus she planned to stay in Germany for atleast one year so she started working as a general doctor.

Suddenly she got a text from her mother.
Mom :- Hey babe! How are you? Did you forget about me?
Saarah :- Am fine mom No mom Actually am missing you.
Mom :- Same babe. Am in thought of coming to Germany.
Saarah :- Oh my goodness! Please mom come fast as much as possible.
Mom :- Sure babe I'll come almost within two weeks.
Saarah :- Ok mom am waiting for your presence Am having a lot to talk to you.
