Magnolia was the daughter of one of the doctors on the ark, Melissa Flores.
Which would also make her best friends with Clarke Griffin and the Chancellor's son Wells.
That's was considering that Magnolia and Clarke's mom's had worked together in the infirmary for quite a while, so it was pretty much fate for Clarke and Magnolia to become so close.
