Lory and Colton are walking through the forest together during the sunset.
"I get it you don't want to turn yourself in, you don't want them to take your blood, you're scared of needles, you don't know what that place is. But if you would just give a little bit of blood and they can figure out what to do with it and then we'll go. Just so we know if it works" Lory suggests and Colton looks down at her.
"You seriously believe they'll let me go if it works? They're gonna want more blood and if it works they're gonna find a way of getting that out of me" he says and lifts a branch up so they can both walk under it.
"Would you rather have them cut the blood out of you with a knife or take it out with a needle?" Lory asks.
"The knife. Why are you asking?" Colton asks and walks behind her.
"I just wanna know how tough you think you are" she responds and suddenly a stikc falls down in front of her. She stops and looks at it. Colton looks down at it too and then they both look up where it came from. In the trees they see a boy in their age in only jeansshorts. They back up a little and the boy jumps down in front of them and looks up at them.
"What?" Lory asks and looks up at Colton who shrugs his shoulders. The boy looks closer at them and leans toward Lory.
"Is he dangerous?" she asks and leans back toward Colton.
"I don't know. He doesn't look dangerous" Colton says. The boy touches Lory's clothes a little bit and tries to stand up in front of her.
"What is he doing? Make him stop" she says as the boy touches her hair.
"How? I don't know his anatomy" Colton complain not knowing what to do.
"You're hopeless, Colton" she says and gently nudges the buy away from her. He makes a humming sudden sound and goes down standing like a monkey again.
"How long do you think he's been here?" Colton assk and Lory looks closely at him.
"That's the thing. I don't think he's been here that long at all. His hair is still cut neatly. It's dirty and greasy but the ends look trimmed. His body is dirty but there are no flesh wounds that can be any older than a few days" she says and looks at his body. She reaches out her hand to him and he grabs her hand. She looks inside his hand.
"They're dirty but there's no callus. His nails are dirty and broken but his cuticles are normal. I'd say a month tops" she turns back to Colton and the boy touches her hair again and looks close at her from behind her. Lory just lets him do it.
"Can he talk?" Colton asks and Lory shrugs her shoulders. Colton walks up to him and stands between him and Lory. He jumps back a little, scared of Colton's sudden movement.
"Can you talk?" Colton asks.
"Hm." the boy says shortly.
"Do you understand me? Do you know English?" Colton asks trying to gesture a bit with his hands. The boy nods his head and Colton raises his eyebrows surprised.
"Do you have a name?" Colton asks and the boy draws on the ground. Colton reads I-S-A-A-C.
"His name is Isaac" Colton looks up at Lory. Isaac makes a humming sound again and nods jumping a little.
"Can you stand up like me?" Lory asks and Isaac tries to stand on his two legs. Lory grabs his hands and helps him stand. When Isaac finds balance he has no problem standing up almost straight. His legs are still bent and his back is a bit crooked.
"We should bring him back to the others" Colton says and looks at Lory.
"Yeah. Come here, Isaac" she says and they walk back to the tree house. After a while they stop as the forest seems to light up a little.
"Hold on" Lory holds out her hand in front of Colton and they look around at the little mushrooms on the ground as they light up in blue. They follow the path back to the tree house and all of them are lit up. The purple flowers in the jungle also lights up in purple. Fireflies lifts from the ground and lights up the jungle.
"Do you think that's dangerous?" Colton asks and looks around.
"I think it's beautiful" she says and they keep walking back.Seven is sitting on the edge of a small cliff behind the tree house. In front of her is a blue light up neon river and tons of fireflies by the river. She touches one of the purple flowers gently and it feels like silk. When she looks up she sees a green neon butterfly flying by her. Charlie walks out to her and sits down beside her. She looks at him and smiles.
"Are you okay?" he asks and she nods.
"I'm relly tired but I can't sleep" she says and looks back out at the river.
"It's calming to look at" Charlie says and looks at the river too.
"Yeah. I needed to breathe a little so I figured I'd sit out here for a while" she says and stares at the water.
"Don't stay out too long. It's dangerous out here and you know it" he says and looks around.
"Does this look dangerous t you? I'm tired of everywhere danger" she says annoyed and he looks at her.
"I know. But right now that's the way it is" he says and looks back at the river. "I'm just trying to protect you. That's why I came out here" he says and she keeps looking at the river.
"I appreciate it but you're overthinking" she says simply.
"No, you don't appreciate it. You want to do it for yourself" he says and she looks at him and smiles a little.
"You know me too well" she says and looks back at the river. She notices him looking at her so she turns to him and looks deep into his dark brown eyes. He leans toward her and she lets him kiss her. She kisses him back gently and slowly.
"Was that a bad decision?" she asks and looks into his eyes again.
"No. I did what I had to do" he says and smiles at her.
"Had to?" she asks with a smile.
"I thought we'd die in that building when we had to jump and I started regretting everything I did and everything that happened. If we die I don't want to die without you by my side and if I do have to die I'm gonna make it worth it" Charlie says still looking into her eyes with a serious look on his face.
"How do you make death worth it?" Seven asks.
"I'm not gonna die for you unless I know how you feel about me" he says and laughs a little. She smiles and rests her head on his shoulder.Colton walks into the bedroom and leans his hands on the doorframe above the door. Mathilda looks up at him from the bed and smiles at him.
"Hi there, daddy" she says and he smiles back and walks up to her.
"Don't hit me with that now" he says smirking a little as he takes off his black jeans jacket. Mathilda gets up on her knees and places her hands on his shoulders looking up at him with innocent eyes.
"Why not?" she asks and he looks down at her and takes a deep breath.
"Because I will not take responsibility for what happens next" he whispers and grabs the back of her hair before he kisses her. Mathilda slides her hands down his body and unbuckles his belt.
"You're eager tonight, huh?" he asks with a smirk and looks into her eyes.
"We haven't had a moment alone since the schoolnight" she says and pulls his pants down.
"Then I guess there's no stopping us tonight" he holds her hair as she goes down to suck him. When she takes him all the way down he tilts his head back and groans deeply.
