Is it fate?
Will you be the one to mend the thousands of scars in my heart,
And the countless ones on my body?
Will you be the safe haven for me to have a rest,
After all these years of running from heartless demons?
The silent care you have taken of me,
Picking up the shattered pieces of a someone I don't remember anymore,
But I'm pretty sure I was, so long ago.
Delicate, like a puzzle of too many pieces,
Restoring its entirety,
Connecting it with lines of gold.
It's so egoistic, isn't it?
You make me wanna be alive again.
