Thank you for reading! I don't own any of Harry Potter! Please let me know if you enjoy! Updates every Saturday!
—————————————————————Early one Saturday morning, Harriet and Tom woke in each other's arms as they slowly opened their eyes.
Sunlight drifted through the curtain as Harriet smiled softly.
"Thinking of me?" Tom asked with an arrogant smirk.
"Of James, actually." She sighed. Her eyes closed again as she cuddled against Tom's bare chest and explained, "He wrote to me yesterday that the first Quidditch game is this weekend. I didn't remember them starting quite this early. I suppose enough years have passed, they could have changed the schedule."
"Are you as surprised as I am that he didn't try out for the team?" Tom frowned.
Harriet blinked her eyes open as she thought, ".........No. How many first years usually do, Tom?"
"You were on the team as a first year." He answered with a proud purr as he kissed the top of Harriet's head.
"That was different, that was an accident." Harriet yawned, "James is in no rush and why should he be? Let him settle in first, if he wants to play, there's always next year."
Tom kissed the top of her head again as he let his hands drift over her bare skin under the covers.
The pair had been grateful for magic's many cleaning applications.
If it hadn't been for the stain vanishing spell, they would have had to ring for Lawrence throughout the previous, passionate hours.
As Harriet yawned and let herself relax against Tom, he angled his obvious arousal away from her thigh, eager to let his mate have her rest before he had his way with her again.
He had kept Harriet up half the night, the least he could do would be to let her doze for a few minutes more before he pounced on her.

Far away from Riddle Manor, Hogwarts' inhabitants were up bright and early that morning in preparation for the season's first Quidditch match.
Slytherin faced Gryffindor, which stirred one jeer after another between the two rival houses, but Mae cared little.
As she ate her breakfast that morning, her green eyes were fixed not on James for once, but on the laughing Slytherin fourth year girls as they cackled amongst themselves.
They sat in a group towards the end of the table, while Mae sat close to the front of the room.
Scorpius remained steadfastly beside her, although he wondered about the oddly dedicated look on her face.
"Looking forward to the match?" He asked.
Mae blinked, at first surprised he had spoken, then irritated someone had dared interrupt her thoughts.
"...........Very much." She hissed in a cryptic reply.
As she stood from the table and stalked out of the Great Hall, Scorpius frowned.

An hour later, at the Quidditch stadium across the castle's grounds, students and faculty filed into the seats.
The stadium buzzed with excited chatter as conversations echoed between participants.
Debates raged over what house would win as each team stood ready to enter the stadium, dressed in their uniforms, brooms in hand.
