~Time Duration of Coma: 1 Month: Your POV~

You were falling.... And falling... And falling... And then all of the sudden, it all just stopped. You slowly opened your eyes, and then they widened, panicked. You were trapped in a dark, walled box and you couldn't figure out how to get out. You grew more alarmed by the moment, running your hands along the smooth surfaces of the walls. You found this narrow cage to be very strange, considering the fact that only just seconds ago you were free. You had been free from your mother and the relentless torture she had haunted your life with. You had been free and now you were trapped again, with only the distant beeping of a monitor for comfort.

You soon grew tired of trying to escape and you let your body slump and sink down against the dark, mocking walls. 'Will it ever end? I mean, I just earned my freedom and yet I'm still trapped? Maybe I should just give up. My life was never worth anything anyway. It'll always be this way...' You heard the beeping of the monitor slowing. 'Why even go on like this? Tino... Lukas... Emil... Mathias... They never cared about me... And Berwald....' You thought, and you wanted to cry, but you couldn't. Not just yet. Your (e/c) eyes burned. 'I just want to die....' You thought, drawing your knees up into your arms. The beeping slowed even more so. It was going at such a slow pace that you thought it would stop altogether. But... All of the sudden, that wasn't the only thing you could hear. You heard something else.... A boy? Definitely... With a deep, monotone voice.... He was.... Crying? 'B-Berwald?' You thought, looking up and around, trying to see him. It sounded just like him.

"Please... Please.... No.... Don't give up... I need you... I don't want to lose you... Why is this happening again?" You heard his deep voice rumble. It resounded throughout the dark walls of your prison, giving you strength. 'Does he really mean that?' You inquired mentally, getting up. You looked around frantically, and tears began to form in your (e/c) eyes. You wanted to see him so bad.

"You're the most important person in the world to me... Please... Come back..." His voice kept on going. This was the most freely you had heard him speak, the emotion in his voice thick and evident. He wasn't trying to hide it. Tears escaped your (e/c) eyes. You wanted to wrap your arms around him. You wanted to tell him that everything was alright... That you were right there... That he didn't need to cry. You wanted so desperately to comfort him... To make those tears disappear forever. You wanted to see him smile. You wanted him to be happy. The monitor sped up as your wishful thinking continued and it settled at a regular rate, but you weren't done. You wanted out. Berwald needed you. He needed YOU.

You got angry and looked back down. You clenched your fists, feeling small but strong at the same time. You would overcome this. For him. You looked around at the dark walls and picked one randomly. You walked up to it and began to punch at it. It shook. It was trembling as your punches got stronger with anger and passion.

"Let me OUT!!! LET ME OUT RIGHT NOW!!!!" You screamed and they groaned, moving back a little bit. You pounded your fists against them again, but harder, and then you found a weak spot. The wall began to crack where you hit it and a little piece chipped off. A bright, white ray of light shined through and you shielded your eyes from it. Now that you had found the weak spot and had the wall cracked and broken, you began working on breaking the wall down piece by piece. When you finally had a hole big enough for you to walk in to, you stood there for a second, marveling at the light. You took a couple of steps into the shining white light, letting it engulf your body with warmth and bring you back to reality.
