The technician raises his arms, as if he's about to be arrested, a terrified look on his pale face. "I didn't start yet, honest!" He says, nearly shaking.

Gu Wei looks up to see Chen Yu picking up a confused Mr. Wong, as if he were a child. Gu Wei rushes to their side, bringing a wheelchair from the hallway.

"Thank God we got here in time." Gu Wei says, watching Chen Yu gently sit Mr. Wong in the wheelchair and hurry into the hallway with him. Are you both alright?" He asks, Chen Yu kneeling beside Mr. Wong and holding his shaking hand.

"You weren't here to be my friend, but my protector. Weren't you?" Mr. Wong asks, looking shocked. "What's going on here?"

"First, can't I be both Mr. Wong?" Chen Yu grins, squeezing his hand and sighing in relief. "Let's go back to your room, I'll fill you in." He glances at Gu Wei. "Baobei, bring me the orderly that took him. I'll call ge and bring him in on this."

"Alright Yu'er. I'll grab the order and track it back too. Maybe we'll get lucky and get a clue." Gu Wei says, giving both men a smile before dashing off.

"You two make a pretty good team." Mr. Wong says, Chen Yu pushing him toward his room. They come to a fork in the hallway and Chen Yu pauses. He was in such a panic to get there in time, he just followed Gu Wei blindly. "Haha, don't worry kid. I know the way, take a left here and a right after that." He turns to look at Chen Yu. "Why the hell would someone want me dead?"

Chen Yu has just finished explaining things to Mr. Wong. He offer's the bewildered older man a cup of water, sitting beside his bed.

"Angel of mercy my ass!" Mr. Wong fumes, then sighs. "Not that I don't miss my lao po and long to see her again. But I'm not quite ready to go yet. I've got my kids and grandkids. I've just got a new lease on life here!" He says, rubbing a hand gently over his heart. He grins at Chen Yu, watching him worriedly. "And I just made myself one hell of a good friend."

"Mn, absolutely." Chen Yu bites his lip, thinking.

"Out with it kid." Mr. Wong says, chuckling at the younger man's blinking and surprised eyes.

"Uhm, do you need someone to talk to? About your lao po?" Chen Yu asks fidgeting, as Mr. Wong tilts his head. "Honestly, I don't know how I'd go on without Wei. I know, I'd probably just, stop living." He senses movement behind him and clears his throat. "Anyway, I know a lady that lost her husband some years back. I think the two of you just being able to talk freely with someone who understands, it couldn't hurt. And before you go getting the wrong idea, I am not trying to play matchmaker here." He scratches at his neck. "It's just, I know how important it can be. To be able to talk about and share your memories of someone you've lost, with a sympathetic ear."

"In that case, I'd be happy to meet your friend." Mr. Wong says giving him a soft smile and glancing over at the door. "Looks like we've got company."

Chen Yu turns to Gu Wei wiping his eyes and standing beside a frightened looking young woman. She steps forward, clutching a piece of paper.

"I just follow orders, honest I didn't know." The young woman says, bursting into tears.

"This was the order for the scan. It looks legit, but there's a problem." Gu Wei says, handing the paper from the young woman to Chen Yu. "He used my name. I damn well didn't write that order. He's slipping up lao gong, just like you said he would."

"Let me guess." Chen Yu says, looking at the woman. "He asked for a favor?" She nods eagerly. "Thought he could keep his hands clean that way. Idiot." He shakes his head, his cell phone ringing. "This is Chen." It's Wu Zhen Feng, saying he's just reached the hospital and sees Tang leaving looking pissed. "Don't approach him alone ge. We don't know what he could have on him. I'm not going to let him stick a needle in you." He shakes a bit, hearing Wu Zhen Feng hesitate before he hears him walking again. "Just come in ge, don't make me come get you." There's a long pause and his stomach drops. "Ge?" He shoots up out of the chair, turning toward the door and sighing with relief.
