Trip To The Caribbean

As my leg stared to heal my mother quick assumed that it would be a good idea to go to the Caribbean so that the natural sun would make the cut heal fast. I quickly replayed back with

"Where in Egypt! I don't think it gets any hotter than that mum."

She snapped back saying

"I know where in Egypt but herr the sun is very hot and isn't as natural as the sun in the Caribbean. "

Up to this day I still regret asking how she knows about how the Caribbeans sun feels like. You know one of those long family story's i mean the ones that go back around 70 years yea, I had to sit though one of those it took my mother around 2 to 3 three hours minimum to finish the story.

Knowing I had no choice I went to pack my bags.

(My sister enters the room)

"Hey Jamila do you know when we are leaving to go to the Caribbean? and where exactly in the Caribbean are we going?"

"Mother didn't give you life story about how our family tree goes back 70 years in St.kitts and Nevis?"

"She did but I think I fell asleep at that part."

"Well we're going to St.Kitts and Nevis and we are leaving tomorrow..... I mean day after tomorrow."

(Mother enthers the room)

"Right mum we are leaving day after tomorrow right?"

"Yes Jamila we are so get your bags packing, you are going to meet the rest of your dads family, and you get a tour special around the beautiful islands of St.Kitts and nevis." She said in the most amusing voice in the world.

"Yay!!" I said in the most sarcastic voice in the world.

When I finish packing my bags I stayed in the hotel with my cut leg and did what any young boy would do if he had a broken leg and had to stay in doors all day, I went on to the TV and played games for the whole day.

The days finally here the day we leave to go. Here's me thinking you know what, it won't be go bad, I mean i will be in the the class behind first class and that's like the second best class right?....

As we went to airport I saw some weird guy he look like a terrorist, but I didn't pay him no mind.

When we got on the plane I went to my seat next to my sister wondering if I should switch seats so I could look out window, but then I thought no point in asking if I ask she just gonna wanna stay there more. The plane ride was long and the most boring ride I've ever been on. I mean there was a TV but they only had like 3 movies all in which I have happened to watch before I got on to the plane. What made the plane ride even worst was when we ran into a storm and there was rain falling on the plane and it kept shaking.

When we landed we checked out and went to go collect our until we found out that one of the bags where missing it was the one we brought for my auntie. How great we tried all day to get the bag but nobody knew where it was. This is why I brought a suitcase with GPS on it makes way more sense.

When I went to go and see this great island my mother was talking so highly of I started to realize it was actually really nice I mean it was really, really nice. The best thing I loved about the island of Nevis was that they had something called a hot water bath and basically the bath or pool brings down hot water from the volcano and makes a pool, obviously it is filtered useing a man made item, but it felt really nice and was the best bath I had ever had in my life, it really didn't get any better than that.

To my surprise my leg started to heal twice as fast as we went to the hot spring water every night.

When my sister and I finally got to have that special tour we went to a big hill where we saw some big cannons. (This is where I got the picture of this book cover from)

The island of Nevis was amazing I loved it to death, but there was another island that we could go to it was called St.kitts. So this time I asked my mother this time if me and jamila could go there for the day and come back at 5:00. She was like make 4 because the boats aren't always on time. So my sister an I went on an amazing adventure to St.Kitts. When we got there we saw KFC which was a big surprise to us because Nevis does not have KFC and Nevis has a lot of people on it so I knida baffled us.

But after a while we started to not to care as we stuck are teeth in to the sweet a sucklent chicken. After eating chicken till we were full we decided to go on a tour, my sister and I found this amazing hotel were everything they had looked kool and nice.
We immediately called are Mother and asked if we could stay in the hotel in Saint Kitts.

To our surprise she decided to come to St.Kitts and check it out to see if it was as great as we made it sound, she got to us in about and hour because she had to clear up a few thing before she came here. I was fine with how long we had to wait because this hotel made it total worth it, and what made it better was that it was better and cheaper than the one that we were staying in Nevis was.

"Mum please can we stay here!?" Me and my sister said at the same time."
