Luffy hurls his arm back.

Luffy rushes at Signora. Signora summons a bunch of her ice spear and unleashes it toward Luffy.

Signora: Elemental Skill Ice Shards!

Luffy Dodges them all until she's near Signora.

Signora: !

Luffy kicks Signora so hard that she flew up mid air

Luffy: Ballon!

Luffy Inflates himself rapidly through his mouth, and twists his body around tightly, then blows the air out behind him while untwisting to fly in forward while spinning towards Signora, where he delivers a constant barrage of punches

Luffy: Gum-Gum Storm!
