Tartaglia walked past some of the Fatui members, wondering why he seemed so rushed and worried about him. He then opened the door to Edmund's office.

Edmund: Tarts? What brings you here?

Tartaglia explained his mission during the Rite of Descension Event.

Edmund: It seems like Signora tricked you into doing that mission during the Rite of Descension.

Tartaglia: Did you already anticipate that Signora would behave in that way?

Edmund: It was originally my mission alone but Signora... She doesn't really like me so much. So I knew I had a feeling, one day she would set me up. But then you took it instead.

Tartaglia: Oh...

Edmund: And also...

Edmund used Fist of Love on Tartaglia.

Tartaglia: Ow!

Edmund: Why did you take the mission and run off without my permission?!

Tartaglia: Im sorry Edmund! I just wanted to prove to myself and the other Harbingers that am stronger... 

 Edmund was somewhat taken aback by his reason

 Edmund: Tart... 

Tartaglia jolted and awaited Edmund's verdict 

 Edmund: you truly impressed me..... 

Tartaglia feels pride and joy at the compliment...but then he Grabs Tartaglia's uniform, but right before he asks Edmund what is he doing he proceeds to give him multiple fists of love 

 Edmund: FOR BEING RECKLESS AND THE LACK OF DISCIPLINE YOU'VE DISPLAYED YOU BRAT!!! 

 Tartaglia: OOOOOOOOOOOOW! I SAID IM SORRY!

After Edmund gives Tartaglia multiple fists of love.

Tartaglia: Edmund I know I deserved to be punished after stealing your mission but first... I want you to train me.

Edmund: Train you?

Tartaglia: I saw what happened during the "Incident" after the battle against the Harbingers. You are even able to match up against Pierro, Capitan, and Dottore all together! And during the Rite of Descension. I lost the battle against Luffy. So next time I meet Luffy, he won't be the only one getting stronger.

Edmund: ... Alright, I'll train you.

Tartaglia: Really!?

Edmund: You know, out of the Harbingers, I like you the most. You disobeyed Signora's order, but that means you have freedom from your own will.
