Ok I am back after more weeks than I expected, I’m gonna try and make this chapter extra long for you guys.

Sashas POV:
The next morning, I got out of bed. Johannah was already awake.
“Hi” I said cheerily. She looked noticing me her face spreading into a smile.
“Morning Sash” She replied even more cheerily (if that was even possible). We walked out and into the kitchen together.
“Morning girls” Mum croaked.
“Morning” We said in unison. I picked up a piece of toast and began to eat it, Johannah did the same. We looked at each other than giggled. Mum turned around. And gasped. She looked like she had been dragged through a bush backwards. Her face was puffy from crying, she had big black sags under her eyes, her hair had thinned and she had small scars barely visible.
“Mum you look-“
“Like crap I know” She finished. She managed a weak smile while I frowned at the small scars that littered her hands. I didn’t say anything instead I walked briskly into her bathroom. I nearly lost my half eaten piece of toast on the linoleum floor of the bathroom.
There was red blood everywhere. It was cracked and hardened on the sink, the cream shower floor was barely visible from being coated in blood and the toilet water had been stained red. I gasped ashamed and disappointed in my mother. I thought she could handle problems better than to cut herself. A sniff and the doorway announced my mother’s arrival.
“I should have told you- its just... I couldn’t bear the thought of you worrying about me.” She confessed.
“Oh and there is something else too.” She revealed. I looked her frail body up and down I nodded then proceeded to walking into the kitchen, taking a seat at the table.
“Ok I am” she started.
Johannahs POV
“I can’t believe it!” Sasha cried incredulously. I stood there listening.
“She never told me! I knew there was something wrong, I am her daughter I deserve to know!” She carried on.
“I DESERVE TO KNOW!!!!” She repeated her voice shaking with anger.
“Sasha calm down” I said stupidly.
“I will bloody not calm down.” She yelled her face turning red with anger.
“Sasha, your- our Mum obviously didn’t tell you because she knew you would act like this.” I said gently. Sasha stopped walking for a moment thinking about my words.
“I guess you’re right.” She agreed with a reluctant sigh.
“Sorry I yelled it was just a shock. Of course I had noticed some clues but wasn’t sure, thinking they were natural.” Sasha said more to herself than me.
“Listen to me Sasha we both know that your Mum meant no harm, I even glad she told us, that she was” I gulp before proceeding.
“Anorexic” Sasha finished her face cold her voice icy.
“Well yes anorexic” I hesitated before the speaking the word.
“But think what would happen if she didn’t tell us. What happens then?” I told her. She thought hard about it. Then decided it best not to answer.
Sasha had decided to walk to school today wanting not to be in the same car as Mum. We were only 500 or so metres from school. Then we had finally reached the school. Sasha’s best friend Abigail shoved past us.
