You were leaning against the King of Beasts' statue when seeing a certain trio.

"Heard you broke a chandelier and almost got expelled." you smirked.
"How dare you skive last second and leave us to deal with some inky monster in the Dwarfs' Mine sat night!" A ginger shouted.

"Easy on the volume, these ears are sensitive you know. Anyhow, I did it because I knew you were going to get in even more trouble."
"Aren't you supposed to be crazy strong? You could've stayed to help us at least." The blue haired dude deadpanned.

"What's your name, kid?"
"Aren't you a first year? Apparently this is the first time you've arrived at NRC"

You grinned, feeling content that someone thought you looked quite young for your age. "I'm 19, a fully grown adult, but I'm honoured you think I'm that young. Plus, I'm a third year"

"I'm here to look after a 20 year-old third year, now answer my question." you turned back to the blue kid.

"Deuce Spade." The boy gawked.

"Now, Ace, it seems you've been collared by Rosehearts. What have you done now?"
"You're just gonna laugh." the ginger muttered.
"Please, it can't be THAT stupid."

"I ate a tart."
"I'm sorry?"
"You heard me, I ate a tart."

You muffled a laugh. "Man, Leona told me how stupid Rosehearts' rules are. I never imagine they were THIS dumb." you cackled.

"I know! Literally took away my magic JUST for eating a tart!" the boy whined.

"Well, you boys should be off, the bell will ring in.." you check your watch. "about thirty seconds."

"OH SEVENS WE'LL BE LATE YOU CREWEL'S CLASS!" Deuce shouted.
"Mrahh! I can't be late on the first day!" Grim screeched.

"Byeee." you sang before heading to the Botanical Garden in search of Leona.

"Hey! The school's this way!"
"I'm not going!" you shouted back before leaving earshot of them.

Location: Botanical Garden

The lion wasn't in the spot he was in last time. Presumably because he didn't want Ruggie finding him. This meant it took you slightly longer to find him.

Now, you were stood. Your foot hovering over your prince's tail.

"Don't. You. Dare." the man hissed as you moved your foot back.

"Apologies, I didn't notice your tail there, Young Prince." you snickered.

"Urgh, now you're calling me what you call the screechbox. Great."
"Sorry Leona, I couldn't help it." you smiled.

"It's fine. Hey, you should join the Spelldrive Club." Leona yawned before falling asleep.
"Hmm."

"Leona. It's lunch break. Should I get you something?"
"No need. Ruggie has my card, he normally gets me something along with his lunch so it's fine." Leona sat up.

"I'll be off for my lunch then." you smiled before waving to him.

Location: Cafeteria

You just about finished your lunch. You caught a glimpse of a certain ramshackle duo along with their Heartslabyul friends. Walking towards them, you noticed two other students will Heartslabyul uniform. One of them, you recognised as Trey Clover: number 4 in your class.
