One Side Arjun got busy, while Manik though he missed him very badly didnt let anyone know abt that.
At clg, Manik saw Prerna sitting alone in the garden walked towards her, "akele kya karrahi ho yaha?"
Prerna who is reading book got startled at his presence, "Hi...!"
Manik smiled, "Kya karrahe ho tum yaha? Tumari dost dhik nahi rahi?"
Prerna showed him her medical book, "Padhai karraha hu. Aur Ragini uski class chal rahi."
Listening to her Manik made a bad face, "Kitna padhai karte log, bhai bhi humesha books mei gusse rehte tey... Aisa kya hai iss boring books mei." He frowned.
Prerna looked at him, "Yeh book hi mujhe mere aage ki zindagi mei help karegi. Dr Banna hai toh padhai toh karni hai." She said not knowing how much he dislike the word Dr.
Manik shook head, "Tum kyu Dr bana chahte ho? Kuch aur bhi ban sakte na!"
Prerna frowned, "Mere Dr bane se tumhe kyu prblm hai?"
"Mujhe...prblm... Bilkul nahi, Mei bas bol raha tha." He shrugged his shoulders, "Waise pata hai mera Bhai bahut bade Dr hai." He said proudly.
"Dr Abhimanyu Birla... One of the most successful Dr. Unhe kaun nahi jante." She mumbled with excitement, "He is my inspiration."
Manik stared at her smiling, "Ohh... Bhai ke fans bhi hai... Tab toh unhe tumse milna hi chahiye."
Prerna shook head, "Woh bahut busy rehte na, unse milna hai toh pehle appointment Lena hoga."
Manik stood up, "Dr Abhimanyu Birla se Milne jarur appointment Lena hoga lekin agar mere bhai ko milna hai toh mere saath chalne hai" He grinned holding her hand, "Chalo abi lunch time hai, bhai bhi free hoga." N dragged her.
Prerna followed him listening his innocent words. As they approached the parking, Khanna stopped him, "Chote baba kaha jaa rahe ho?"
Manik looking at him replied, "Bhai se Milne hsptl jaa raha hu." Khanna nodded turned his gaze to prerna saw uncomfortable look on her face, noticed him holding her hand.
He gently removed his hand, " Chote baba aise kisike haath nahi pakadte... Ander beith jayiye, I will take you both."
Though Manik had no idea, Prerna understood he is protective over Manik when he removed his hold on her. They sat inside n Khanna drove them to hsptl.
As they reached Birla hsptl, Manik guided Prerna inside who is looking at the ambience n state art facilities of the hsptl. She also saw Manik greeting many nurses on the way teasing giggling with them felt a smile gracing on her lips.
They arrived at Abhi's cabin,but not noticing him he frowned, "Bhai nahi hai?"
Prerna looked at him, "Koi baat nahi, kisi patient ko dekhne gaye honge. Chalo wapas phir kabi milte hai."
Manik shook head, "Nahi .. mei puchta hu woh kaha hai." Spotted a nurse, "bhai kaha hai?"
"Abhi Sir, Dr David ke saath hai." She informed n left. Manik made a bad face, "Yeh bhai unke paas kyu jate hai humesha." He huffed.
Prerna looked t him amused, "Kya hua kyu chid rahe ho?"
"Dr David bilkul pasand nahi mujhe." He grumbled, "Chalo bhai ko lekar aate hai."
