🌺A SHARED BIRTHDAY🌺
The day the family had been waited arrived. Slowly the door to Manik's room opened, smiled watching him sleeping hiding fully in his protecter arms, tiptoed inside.
Arjun noticing them, looked down at his kid who is sleeping peacefully in his embrace caressed head, "Mannu... Utho baby!"
Manik whined pressing himself more, "Neeni" They chuckled slightly at him, As the clock struck twelve the entire room illuminated with lights n happy birthday song echoed inside.
He smiled opening his eyes sorting for his brother first smiled, "Happy Birthday bhaiya!" He wished Arjun.
Yes! It's not only our hero but as well Arjun's birthday as both were born on the same day and month.
"Happy birthday baby!" Arjun smiled kissing on his head, "Tujhe sansar ke sare kushi miljaye!"
"Agar tum dono ko ek dusre ko wish karne ka hogaya toh hum wish kare!" Abhi interferred.
Arjun gave a nod, Abhi stepped forward hugged them both tightly, "Happy Birthday Kiddo! Arjun!"
Next Kabir wished them with a hug "Many more happy returns of the day Pumpkin! AJ!"
Akshu looking at them, caressed Manik head hugged him, "Happy birthday mickey!" She then turned to Arjun hugged him, "Janm din Mubarak bhai!"
caressing her head he said, "Thanks Akshu!" N looked at his friends who gave a nod.
He then got up pulled Manik onto his feet who pouted, "Bhaiya... Neendh araha!" leaning onto him.
"Bas kuch der mannu!" Saying he closed his eyes, "Daro mat tere liye ek suprise hai!" N guided him outside.
They all came to terrace stopped at entrance, "Now... Open your eyes!" He said n removed hands.
Manik slowly opened his eyes stared dumbfounded looking at the arrangement n entire terrace is filled with his fav ballons stepped forward giggled playing with those.
He moved to the centre where the table is placed took away the lid. There in the middle of table a two tier cake stood.
Seeing it, his mouth watered, "Bhaiyaa... Jaldi... Mujhe khana hai!" He said excitedly.
Shaking head they moved near him. Arjun looking at the name on the cake frowned as he didn't include while decorating.
Watching his face, Abhi whispered, "Tujhe kya laga tere behan keval mannu ka naam likhegi!"
Arjun gazed at Akshu understood it's her work as he told her to write only Manik name shook head fondly.
"Bhaiyaaa!"
"Haa mannu... Chalo cut karo!" He said knowing if he halt him more he would eat without cutting.
Kabir took the knife n handed it to Arjun, "Chalo... Jaldi karo warna woh aise hi khaa jayega!" He teased making them chuckle while Manik pouted cutely at him, "Jeejz...!"
Arjun held his hand placing on knife, "Make a wish mannu!" Abhi said lightening the candle.
Looking at them all he closed his eyes, prayed, "Godji humsab humesha aise hi kush rahe. Bhaiya ko mujhse kabi dur mat karna aap. Mei unke bina jee nahi paunga. Mujhe bas mere parivaar ki kushi chahiye aur kuch nahi!" N opened eyes with a smile.
