Reward

Young do walked through the corridors of the school that day like he was on a mission

His body coursed with rage and his fists were balled up ready to reward the culprit with their contact.

He heard a brown haired boy talking about a very familiar event near him and he immediately grabbed the said boy's collar and banged him against the lockers.

The boy winced in pain and looked up in dread at a very visibly angry and disgusted Young do.

"What did you see? I heard you saw everything,  so who hit Y/n , tell me!!" Young Do demanded to know , he sounded on edge,  like he would kill if he wanted to this day, right now.

The boy read the situation and gulped in fear as Young do waited for reply with his brows furrowed.
"It was  ...Rachel , Rachel hit Y/n" he cried in a haste , not wanting to get beaten up.

"Ofcourse" Young do muttered as he turned around to go the other way with a new found speed in his steps and he kicked a locker on his way making everyone flinch because of the loud noise.

Back at the hospital Tan sat still near your bed holding your hand and wearing Young Do's blood stained shirt to trick you into believing that he was the one who saved you but to his disappointment you still hadn't woken up.

His fingers reached out to tuck your hair behind your ear and graze your jawline with his knuckles , feeling the soft skin against his own.

It enraged him that he wasn't the one who rescued you , ofcourse,  you're his.
But nothing angered him more than knowing that it was Young Do who actually did it .

He knew you liked Young Do , even before  you yourself realized it and it was unacceptable to him.

It was something that has to be suppressed as soon as possible.

And he did it

He manipulated Young Do into believing that if he comes near you then he will tell your father to send you and Tan back to America and how it was your life long dream to come and study here,  how you'll lose everything you've wanted just because of Young Do and his feelings.

He smirked as he remembered how easy it was to watch Young Do's concerned expression knowing he might end up hurting you and never being able to see you again or have a chance with you.

Tan enjoyed it, he enjoyed winning your love, he deserved it afterall..! He knew you for three years!!

No one has the right to take you from him !

He smiled in contentment now that his thumb grazed the ring on your finger.

His smile soon got interrupted as he felt your finger twitch to life in his grasp.

He stood up hastily waiting for another moment to confirm what he saw, and it soon happened again.

It was his cue , he bent forward to reach for the button behind your bed to call the nurse
And as he did he heard your rugged breathing and you uttered something under that breath softly

"Young Do..."

you uttered weakly

Tan felt his heart getting heavy standing there,  he felt so much of everything that it confused his being.
He couldn't physically move for a solid minute until he did and backed away from you.

His eyes felt like voids, infinite pools of hurt, hate and disgust.

Back at school Young Do was accumulating cctv footage and any evidence against Rachel to send her to jail because he couldn't harm a girl ,well he wanted to avoid it and anything else seemed too light for her audacity.

He was completely out of control , scaring multiple people with his glares and attitude alone.

His fingers dug into his pant pocket to hold a certain hair tie that he had been using as a souvenir from the time you had visited his house.

Flashback of your injured form came back to his mind and suddenly a horrible feeling ate at him as he grew anxious thinking about your well being.

'Is she awake?' He wondered as he walked out of a room with a pendrive grasped in his palm.

A loud slap was heard in the lavish living room of a house.

Rachel stood there crying with her mom and Young Do's face was tilted due to the impact he already expected.

But he couldn't believe that a violent monstrous brat was being protected by her mom and his dad even after they saw what she did to you.

You could've died due to the blood loss!

Yet these people were scolding him for giving the recording to the police!

His dad hit him some more while Rachel kept sniffling cause she almost got dragged violently in custody today.

If only his own dad hadn't interfered when he did.

She was actually scared and a little guilty but she didn't regret what she did one bit.

It could be seen clear as day in her eyes when his met with her shameless proud one's.
He wanted to gouge her eyes out of her skull.

He wanted to make her pay , torture her, hit her
But he only stopped on your account.

"You're seriously hitting me and silencing me ? !!" Young Do spat in revolt

"That bitch hit a girl with a fire extinguisher in the head!! And you're silencing me" he screamed at his dad in frustration.

"Yes I am" he said as he crushed the pendrive under his foot.

Young do felt his blood boil until he heard what was said to him next.

"Don't act like you're any different yourself!! Bastard! Don't you hit people yourself-" he punched Young do in the abdomen

"-you think I don't know? you buffoon!!"" He got punched once more with a great force only because Young do was lost in thought and he didn't wanna hit his Dad so he let his dad overpower him.

Young do couldn't agree more.
He's bad himself
He's evil

His eyes widened as he finally let the realization hit him.
Not because he regretted it.
But because
Would you forgive him ?

Afterall you did make him make a promise to not harm...

So would you accept him for what he felt he has to do next.
For what he wanted to do the minute he saw you in that state
What he tried to avoid doing for your sake.
