After Dean finished in the shower, he sat down on his bed. He looked at the clock once again and it read 7:30am. What am I supposed to do about Cas? I want to tell him but I don't want to lose him as a best friend. He's the only person who stuck around this long voluntarily. Dean didn't even realize how long he was sitting on his bed until his alarm for 9am went off. Dean groans as he gets off his bed and heads to the kitchen to make some coffee. He stares out the windows just thinking about whether he should tell Cas how he feels. He could possibly gain something out of this entire thing but there is also the possibility that he could lose the only best friend he has ever had.

If only he knew that Cas was basically going through the same thing he was.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
No, this can't be. I mean, I always knew I was bisexual but I never actually felt anything like this before. For either gender. Cas was sitting at the kitchen table eating a bowl of cereal. Or was eating a bowl of cereal. It was forgotten once Cas started thinking about Dean. Maybe I can drop suble hints. If he catches them, he might act uncomfortable so I'll know that he doesn't share the same feelings. And if he doesn't I can just say that that is just how I act sometimes. It's better to have a best friend that I secretly love than having no best friend at all.
He gets up from the table and pours his cereal down the sink and turned the disposal on. He had barely turned off the disposal before he heard his phone ring from his room. He jogged over to his bedroom and looked at the caller ID. Dean. He hesitantly answered it, knowing what he was just thinking about.
"Hello." Cas answered.
"Hey Cas."
"Hey Dean."
Dean laughed softly, which caused Cas to nearly faint. "You already said 'hey.'"
"Oh. Right." Cas laughed. "Anyways, what's up?"
"I was just wondering if maybe you wanted to have lunch today. It seems like it's gonna be a really nice day. Maybe we can go to the park or something."
"Yeah sure! I'd love to! What time?"
"Does noon sound okay?"
"Definitely! See you then, Dean."
"Okay, see ya later, Cas!"
Cas hung up the phone and smiled to himself. He was always in a great mood after he talks to Dean. No matter what happens in his life. Dean always helps everything. That is one reason why he doesn't want to lose him. Cas looks up at the clocked. 10am. Okay 2 more hours. Time to put my plan in action. And with that, Cas gets up off his bed and goes to take a shower to get ready.
Soon, I'll find out if Dean could possibly like me back or not.
