"Spencer" I cry. I've been bleeding nonstop for a month. I have horrible cramps and Spencer just left me. He's been gone for hours and I've been calling for him for the past 30 minutes.

He in-fact just left to grab her water & use the bathroom and has only been gone for 3 minutes.

"Isa, I'm right here." He says coming back into the room.

"You left me." I sob

"I know and I am so terribly sorry." He says wiping my face. He presses a soft kiss to my lips.

"Can we just cuddle" I ask and he nods. He puts my water on my nightstand and crawls into the bed with me. I wrap my arms around his waist and bury my head in his chest. 

"I love you" He whispers kissing my forehead.

"I love you too"

I soon fall asleep in his arms.

Spencer Reid

This has been the same routine all month. Her crying me comforting her, giving her meds, making dinner.

I have to work next week so I don't know how I'll be able to do that. I have been working remotely all month but I have to go on this case with them. Then I can go back to remote work.

When we got back from the hospital I had to change her bright pink sheets to black, cover the mirrors, change her medicine routine, learn how to blow dry hair, and become a personal teddy bear. I just hate seeing her in so much pain all the time. Since we spend so much time together I have also grown a skin care regimen, 10 steps. I also learned you can bathe with a tampon in. Also baths slow down cramping, which has been the only thing helping with her cramps.

I have tried to keep her at bay mentally but with everything going on her hormones are everywhere and it sucks, she hates how emotional she is and sometimes locks herself in the closet, which is why her safe password has been changed and a lock has been put on her personal weaponry. I had to lock the keys in Amoura's safe.

"Spence" She mumbles softly.

"Yes My Love"

"Thank you" she whispers softly before getting up and going to the bathroom. I follow her to see her taking the plastic off the mirror and smiling at herself in the reflection. She grabs my hand and pulls me next to her smiling.

"You are what true love looks like. You stayed with me through my lowest point of my life and I love you so much." She says staring at the both of us in the mirror. I press a kiss to her forehead.

Flashback Aya Salazar

"Spencer" i cry looking at the blood on the back of his joggers.
"What's wrong" he asks frantically.
"I got blood on your pants." I block my face.
"It's okay." He says pulling my hands away from my face.
"But these were your favorite ones."
"I dont care I can buy more joggers." He says kissing my face.
"Bu-"
"Nope, no buts, now come cuddle with me." He says pulling me to the bed and laying down with me. He turns on the television and plays my favorite movie. Telling me to sing along.

Flashback over

I stand there hugging him. I hold him close smelling his signature scent of new books and mint.

I know this sounds kinda weird but he's the only person I've seen all month. I haven't left my room except to use the bathroom and when no one is home I walk around. But other than that I have been in my room completely isolated.
