You are a lone wolf at school, you usually keep to yourself when it comes to actual human interactions. You are 15-17 years old and your dad works as a cop, but that usually means that you rarely see him around the house so you take care of yourself.
You can't stand the awkwardness of keeping up a conversation so you rather not. But today, was different from yesterday.
You hold a few heavy books in your hands, lost. You peek into each classroom trying to find the one you're supposed to be in. Your eyes are sewn onto the door numbers.
Until suddenly you feel your feet slip backward from the collision with this mystery person "Are you okay?" An angelic voice calls. Only then have you realized the aching pain and Your books scattered throughout the floor.
You hold your head up. "Y-yes, I'm fine." You look up from off the floor to see this beautiful being with auburn hair.
You shake your head to make sure that this being isn't an illusion.
She lends a hand to lift you. You take her hand, flustered. Just to analyze her features. Her green eyes and freckles shone in the sunlight.
You were sure she was a figment of your imagination.
"That seemed like a hard fall? I heard that crack in your back. Are you sure?"
The sound of the trees rustling and the wind combined with her beauty,
Seemed like it was another dimension that she was visiting from.
She waits patiently and silently for you to answer her question.
Your mind flicks back like a light switch, and you come back to validity.
"Uhm, uh-! Yes! I'm fine! One hundred percent, don't worry about me."
You aren't fine; your back is aching badly and you can almost feel your nose getting longer by your lies. "Hahaha! Alright, as long as you're okay." She replied softly.
"What's your name?" You utter shyly, almost ashamed to be asking this question to someone who is on a completely different level of angelic than you.
