"Y/N, are you okay?" You are shocked at how quickly you recognize her voice.
Everything that surrounds you is a blinding bright white colour, but there's only one thing you recognize, and it's her face.
A soft slim hand reaches out for your guidance, but every time you reach for it, it goes farther away from your grasp.
"Christina! Don't leave... Please!"
You reach out further, but no matter how hard you reach, no matter how fast you run, you can never catch her.
Quickly, the dream transitions to you in your bed, you quickly look around.
It's the same old room you've always been in.
Curtains covering the light of the sun, plants scattered throughout the room, posters of your favourite band, your poorly painted white desk that holds your computer and a list of skin care products.
The same room you have been living in for 17 years.
You look beside you to find another guest on your bed.
Christina is sleeping soundly on your chest.
And just like that, your heart is pounding so hard that you're afraid she will wake up.
"It's only a dream, It's only a dream." You repeat to yourself for more reassurance.
It doesn't work.
Your mind wanders off to making these dreams as horrid and awkward as they can be.
Your chest raises and sinks with every breath you take.
Ridiculing your every move with a "Why would you do that?"
You slide yourself off of your bed is way too small for you and dream of Christina, tip-toeing around the hardwood floor.
But this is a dream, why in any possible way would you need gravity?
Which is probably what your mind is saying to your unconscious body.
You have a hard fall, slipping forward onto the floor and making a loud banging sound.
As unreal as this world's Christina is, it still causes you to jump out of your bed waking up, scared maximum.
