-CHAPTER 15-

Amber POV:

I finally finished the beats of my 3rd song and now the lyrics. While I did the beats I came up with some lyrics which I noted down so I have only a bit left.

It would have been much faster if I had the members helping me but they believe that I did something so stupid.

Jeongin POV:

I woke up and remembered what happened with Amber yesterday. We happened to walk past her filming site and saw her laughing with the staff about something. I miss her, it's like something is missing when she isn't there with us. She is quiet and doesn't talk much but it still feels empty and weird without her.

I decided to see the Instagram post posted in Amber's account which revealed Channie hyung's relationship. As I read it over and over again I realised, Amber was right, she was innocent. It was different from her other posts. 

I ran out of the room and saw my hyungs and noona sitting there. She stayed the night here because she was scared. She got a death threat yesterday from some "stay". "Innie! I just about to come and wake you up! Good morning!" Lix hyung greeted me. "Good morning and I just realised something" I said as I went and sat at the table to eat breakfast. "Amber is innocent" "Why have you suddenly switched sides? You know it was wrong of her to do that without getting our permission!" Channie hyung said. He was angry I started to side with her...I'm a broke kid so I quickly ate my breakfast before going continuing because I knew that if they didn't believe me I would have to go out without breakfast and then starve because...once again, I'm broke.

"Hear me out. Look at the post. It has a plain black bg but all of her posts have a selca as a bg. All posts that give info always have a selca as the bg. Then, she doesn't use the regular font. She uses a different type of font...like italics. Also, if she does use dots in the middle of a sentence, it's only 2 or 3 but this is like- hella lot more than 2 or 3. This isn't her style of sending messages through Instagram. Think about it." I spoke out all my points, luckily without being interrupted but I think it was all in vain. "So you have decided to side with her then. She must've been in a hurry to post it and didn't think. She might've changed her style and put multiple dots. You wouldn't know." Hyunjin hyung said. I guess they are really against her. This is really rude though. They aren't even giving her a chance to show she is innocent. 

I just sighed, changed, took my things and left for the company. I want to go to her studio and apologise for the other night.

I knocked on her studio door and a couple seconds later there was a click in the door and it opened. "What do you want?" Amber asked me. Well she seems exhausted. "Can we talk?" I asked her. "Sure I guess...but only if you aren't gonna yell at me, thinking I released that statement" and she let me in. 

Her studio was messy with empty cups of coffee, crumpled paper which I'm guessing was having lyrics in it and she looked really sleepy. 

"Right so, I wanna apologise for not believing you yesterday. The thing is I saw the post again today and it isn't your way of posting things on Instagram. I am really sorry" I said making my cutest expression so she would accept my apology. "I- idk. I was really shocked that no one believed me even though I was saying the truth. Idk if I should accept your apology. Especially you being my best friend didn't believe me. I mean this is the amount of trust you guys have in me. It really hurt me you know. The people I have been with and lived with for so long didn't believe me. Even JYP-nim doesn't believe me. Even though the staff sides with me." she said making me upset and I felt really bad now. But then she continued, "I'll tell you when it's fine from my side but did you tell the others?" "Yeah...but they didn't believe me either." I explained. "How is unnie? A lot of people would have been mad about this. Even though few stay are happy the rest of the people who call themselves "stay" wouldn't exactly be thrilled." "Noona got a death threat last night and she stayed over at the dorm last night. She was really scared about it though."

"Did you come back to the dorm last night?" I asked. "Nah, I was too busy." she started walking to her chair, "JYP-nim preponed my comeback so now the release date is 17th. I have music bank on 18th and have to go to New York on 19th for concerts, solo." but it's her birthday time? No time to celebrate it? That isn't fair though. "You have no time to celebrate your birthday?" "Eh, who cares about birthdays. I never did anything special on my birthday. Plus with what is happening now do you really think anyone would celebrate my birthday with me?" I kept silent. "Exactly." I'm here though? But then again what can 2 people do, am I right?

Amber POV:

I am happy at least Innie is on my side but what about the others? They don't seem to believe me, no they don't want to believe me. I need to prove them that I didn't do this but first I need to know who did this and framed me.

"Okay, well as much happy I am that you are on my side, you need to leave. I need to work on songs. I'll meet you in the Skz dance practice. Bye." I said pushing him out the room. "A-alright! You don't need to push me jeez, bye!" he said and I closed the door.

For now I need to focus on this damn album! Ugh! This is so frustrating! This time it's an English and Korean mixed album too!
