Y/n pov
My eyes widen at what Kyoya just said.
"Are...are you serious Kyoya?" I ask in shock.
"Yes"
I look at him and he did look serious, I loved the idea but then I hesitated.
"I...I would like to, but..." I hesitated to finish.
"Are my parents words still getting to you?"
I slowly nodded and Kyoya hugged me tighter.
"Y/n, you really need to stop thinking about what they said, it's not their choice if we should adopt a child or not, it's ours"
"I know and I'm sorry you know me I worry to much" I frowned.
Kyoya kissed my head and rubbed my arm to comfort me.
"I know, you always try to please everyone but sadly you can't, no matter hard you try" Kyoya explained with a frown.
"Yeah I know, but let me ask, are you sure that you wanna adopt a child?"
"Yes and I know you do to, so let's do it okay"
I finally smiled and nodded.
"Yes, I wanna do it"
Out of nowhere, Kyoya got on top of me and pulled me in for a make out section, and I was pleased. I couldn't wait until we can adopt a child.

The next day, Y/n was taking a walk at the park but what she wasn't expecting was their was a surprise waiting for her that is gonna change her life.

Y/n pov
After a while of walking, I decided to head home because it looked like it was gonna storm since the sky suddenly turned dark, I remembered the weather man saying that their was a severe thunderstorm coming today, so I needed to hurry home.
But before I could leave, a huge thunder was heard and a sound of crying. I decided to investigate, I followed it and it led me to a tunnel that kids to crawl in.
I peaked inside and my eyes widen at what I found, their was a 4 year old little girl crying and even though it was dark in the tunnel, I can see that she was really skinny and she was shivering like crazy.
"Hello little one, are you okay?" I ask gently.
"...No" the little girl answered weakly.
I looked around and noticed that their were no other adults around here.
"Are you lost?"
"...No...my parents...abandoned me...they never loved me" the little girl cried while shivering.
My eyes widen at what she just said, her parents abandoned her and she was all alone, that made me feel angry.
"What your name little one?"
"My name is...Lily"
"Come on out Lily, I won't hurt you and I'll take you with me" I say with a gentle smile.
She hesitated but slowly crawled out of the tunnel and when she came out, she passed out I was shocked to see how skinny she was and how weak she looks. I immediately picked her up and took her back home with me.

After Y/n got home, she put Lily in her bed and lay down next to her.

Y/n pov
I dressed all of Lily's wounds and covered her up with the blanket, I looked at the time and saw that it was almost time for Kyoya to get home.
"I wonder what he'll say about Lily?" I wondered to myself.
Before I knew it, I fell asleep with Lily in my arms.
