Y/n pov
Me and Kyoya were sitting outside watching the kids play in the yard together, Lily was sniffing some flowers while Daniel and David we're playing with a frisbee.
I love watching them play like this, I touched my stomach with a soft smile on my face. After these three come and are bigger, we'll be watching six kids hangout together, I can't wait for that to happen.
Kyoya's hand touched mine and I glanced at him and he pulled me in for a kiss.
"I bet you're thinking about the triplets am I right?"
"Yes, I was having imagines of when all our six beautiful children are together, I can't wait until the time comes"
"Same here dear"

A month went by and Y/n was finally nine months pregnant and the triplets were gonna be arriving any day now.

Y/n pov
"Mommy, are the babies coming?" Lily asks in excitement.
"Very soon sweetie, are you ready for Hanna, Samantha and Oliver to come?"
"Yes"
"I am"
"Me too"
I turned to the twins and they had excitement expression on both their faces.
"You all hanging out without me?"
We all turned to see Kyoya with a playfully pout on his face.
"Sorry daddy"
"Daddy's just teasing Lily" I giggled.
"Oh"
We all bursted into laughing until I felt a sharp pain in my stomach that caused me to scream.
"Sweetie, are you okay?" Kyoya rushed over to me with a worried expression.
"I think the triplets are coming" I kept taking deep breaths while trying to go through the pain.
Kyoya's eyes widen and he immediately got up.
"Alright, let's hurry to the hospital, Daniel, help Lily in the car"
"Okay dad" Daniel nodded and took Lily to the car.
"David, I need you to get the baby seats out of the babies room and hurry"
"You got it dad" David nodded and quickly ran upstairs.
Kyoya helped me in the car and after the kids were settled in, we hurried to the hospital, I can't believe it's time for the triplets to come, I'm so nervous and excited.

On the way to the hospital, Kyoya called Y/n's parents and they were gonna meet them at the hospital.

Y/n pov
I was in a lot of pain and Kyoya was holding my hand.
"Hang in there dear" Kyoya encouraged.
"I'm trying...but...it hurts so bad" I kept breathing in and out.
"I know, but I'm right here and everything will be okay"
"Okay" I nodded.
I felt scared and excited because the triplets are coming.
We heard the door open and close and it was the doctor.
"Alright Mr and Mrs Ootori, it's time to deliver the triplets"
"We're ready" Kyoya nodded.
"Yeah" I answered while still doing my breathing.
After he got everything ready, it was finally time.
In case you were wondering, I was gonna go have a C section.
They wheeled me into the room that the procedure was gonna take place and Kyoya was following from beside me while holding my hand.

Meanwhile in the waiting room, the kids were excited and nervous.
"I want mommy and daddy" Lily sniffled.
"Shhhh, it's okay Lily were gonna see them soon, remember our new sister's and brother are finally coming" Daniel says in comfort.
"Yeah, so don't worry" David added while he patted Lily on the back.
Lily finally smiled and wiped away her tears.
"Right"
"Are you three excited?" Y/n mom asks.
"Yeah" Lily, Daniel and David nodded with huge grins on all their faces.
Then they saw a doctor walk in.
"Family of Y/n Ootori"
They all got up and had nervous expressions.
"Come with me" the doctor smiled.
And they all followed him.
