Y/n pov
I was holding Hanna and Samantha while Kyoya was holding Oliver. Tears were streaming down my cheeks, I can't believe the triplets are finally here.
"Oh Kyoya, there so beautiful"
"They are" he nodded while smiling.
I lay my head on his shoulder.
*Knock Knock*
"Come in"
The doctor came in with Lily, Daniel and David.
"Hey kids, come meet your new brother and sisters" Kyoya gestured them to come over.
Lily had a big smile on her face while looking at the babies.
"Wow, there so little" David comment softly.
"And cute" Lily added.
*Knock Knock*
"Come in"
When the door opened again, it was Haruhi and the others.
"Hey you guys, we heard the news, congratulations" Haruhi smiled.
"Thank you all so much"
"Wow, there so small" Honey comment.
"Yeah" says Mori.
"And adorable" Tamaki walked over and held out his arms.
"Can I hold one of them please?"
"Alright, but be very gentle"
"I will"
He took Hanna in his arms and started to rock her.
"Haruhi, want to hold Samantha?" I offered.
"I'd love too" she smiled.
I handed her Samantha and Haruhi gently took her in her arms.
"Dad, can I hold Oliver?" Daniel asks.
"Of course, sit on that chair and I'll hand him to you"
After he sat down, Kyoya handed Oliver to Daniel and a big smile grew on his face.
"Wow, he's cute"
"I agree with you bro" David nodded while getting a close look of Oliver.
Lily held out her hand and it made Oliver grab it with his tiny hands.

After everyone got to hold the babies, they took a family picture and after a few days went by, Y/n and the triplets were able to go home.

Y/n pov
I was happy that we were finally home and after we got the triplets settled in, we all were sitting in the living room together.
"Kyoya, we finally got the family of our dreams" I smiled while laying my head on his shoulder.
"We sure do, and I'm never letting any of you go" he kissed me on the forehead while he was holding Hanna and Samantha in his arms, I was holding Oliver while I had my arm around Lily. Daniel and David sat on the floor with smiles on both their faces.

Raising six kids was challenging but
Y/n and Kyoya were still very happy. And all their kids were happy as well. And that's how Y/n and Kyoya's family wish came true.
