Since this is a reader-insert fanfic I wanted the reader to actually be able to see themselves in y/n's shoes. So in this fanfic, Lonnie got a woman pregnant right before Joyce was pregnant with Jonathan. After y/n's biological mother gave birth to her, she skipped town leaving her with Lonnie 2 months before Jonathan was born. Joyce happily took y/n in treating her as if she were her own daughter. Y/n's mother will not show up in this story. Y/n will also be 5'8 for tall girl representation, for reference Jonathan is 5'8, and Steve is 5'11. Y/n tends to be like her brother and is quite spacey at times.
