I open my mouth to speak but we hear a man's voice "Wanda!". We look at her husband vision whos stood in the doorway with Tommy and Billy. "Thats my cue to leave..think about it honey" she winks at me as she walks away.
The front door closes as I put the last child in bed. I head downstairs and as I reach the bottom step I spot my "loving" husband grabbing a beer out of the fridge. He looks over at me with a pissed off look on his face "wheres my dinner?". "We..got back later than usual so I just ordered pizza for the kids..you will have to warm up leftovers" I tell Michael as I tidy toys up.
I scream as the glass beer bottle is flung at my head. It misses by an inch and hits the wall behind me. "I don't fucking want leftovers Audrey!" He screams at me. I nod and I walk over to the kitchen. I spend the next half an hour making him a meal with shakey hands.
I sigh when I walk into the living room and I spot him laid on his chair passed out drunk. I quietly walk over to the pile of glass and I pick it up. Afterwards I go upstairs to our bedroom. I slip on a thin night robe and I go to the window to close the curtains.
I freeze when I spot my neighbour stood in the window staring at me with a smirk on her face. She starts lowering the straps of her nightgown and my mouth waters at the sight. I slam the curtain shut and I jump into bed when I hear heavy footsteps coming up the stairs. A few seconds later the room is filled with the loud snores of the large man next to me.
I start to think about wanda and her offer. Its not that bad of an idea. Its not like Michael would ever find out. He's never home. And if he is he's drunk on the sofa. But what about my kids? And what about wandas family? I sigh and I close my eyes to sleep.
I stand on the porch as I watch the boys ride their bikes with Tommy and Billy. Danny sits on the steps as he plays football with the little girl Morgan from a few doors down. Michael was gone as soon as he ate his breakfast this morning.
"Hey darling" I hear as someone comes onto my porch to stand with me. I look over at wanda as she looks me up and down.

I watch over my son as wanda tucks a stray strand of hair behind my ear. "Would you ever have any more kids?..im done after the twins.." she says. I hum "Michael wants more..says he wants atleast 5 boys. Id love a daughter..". I sit on the porch swing and she sits down next to me and we sit in silence.
Wanda finally speaks after a while "have you made a decision?". I nod slowly and I spot her grin out of the corner of my eye "Good choice honey". "How will it work?" I ask as she runs her fingers along my thigh. "Well..we can do it at whoever house when its empty..and we can rent a motel if we need to.." she tells me.
"What are we talking about?" I look up as Pepper and Agnes sit on the other spare chairs. "Plants..i was asking for Audrey's opinion on roses since im thinking of growing some" Wanda quickly says. "Ooo just watch for the thorns..we don't need any accidents" Pepper says.
"Speaking of accidents..I heard Steve Rogers accidentally had a thing with Peggy Carters niece before they got together..and rumours are that they are having an affair" Agnes whispers to us. I roll my eyes "you do love the gossip dont you agnes".
She smiles at me "what else is there to do..its not like Ralph brings any pleasure..anyways Audrey what was that racket at your house last night?". I freeze up and I look down at my hands. "Michael isn't hurting you is he?" Wanda asks in a concerned tone.
My head whips towards her as I make up a lie "what no!..its quite embarrassing..there was a spider and I got scared and knocked a glass over..my marriage is fine..". "You and your fear of spiders..they can't harm you hun" Pepper laughs. I hum as I keep my eyes on wanda.
