Soobin ran with the umbrella. He went inside the store. He put the umbrella in the umbrella rack(or whatever you call that HAHA)

He then saw a couple arguing in one of the aisles. He didn't want to bother them so he just walked away. He then saw a man arguing with someone on the phone. Damn love right?

A male with brown hair mullet came holding a vest. Soobin smiled when he saw the male. The male helped Soobin put on his vest and put on a cap. It's their work uniform. He then ran behind the counter then saw a lady.

"Oh my. What time is it? You're late again" A lady spoke. Soobin awkwardly smiles.

"What's your excuse this time? Traffic? Road works?" The girl crossed her arms and just looked at Soobin. "Transportation crisis, ma'am" Soobin replied with a serious face on. He is kind of pissed off with their manager.

"Whatever" She rolled her eyes and they both went in front of the counter. The lady tapped the bell four times to inform the customers that they can pay for their groceries. Soobin pushed a cart full of new canned foods. He passed by the brown mullet again who was fixing the beverages.

"Hey Beomgyu, is this finished," He asked the brown mullet while pointing at the canned foods on the stock.

"Shit not yet, can you finish it for me" Beomgyu turned around to look at the boy and Soobin just nodded.

Soobin checked the canned foods if it's already expired or not. He got some of the canned goods and checked if it was expired. He frowned when one canned food is already expired. He put it in the cart and put in a new one. He then checked the noodles and checked. It's still until October 4 so he smiled and put it back. He turned around and saw Beomgyu putting in new beverages. He saw his arm with a bruise.

'Bruise??? why does Beomgyu have a bruise???'

"Beomgyu, are you okay?" Soobin asked the male and he turned around.

"Yeah! I'm okay don't worry" Beomgyu softly smiled at Soobin. Soobin just smiled and walked up to the counter to help his other friend. He stood beside the pink hair mullet guy who was scanning the customer's groceries. Soobin then also scanned the other groceries since there were two lines.

"Taehyun.." Soobin started speaking which made the pink hair guy look at him.

"Did you see Beomgyu's arm?" Soobin looked at Taehyun.

"Yeah. His ugly toxic boyfriend hit him again" Taehyun sounded pissed. He has a crush on Beomgyu when he was still new in their work. He found the older kind and cute. How can someone hit him like that?

Soobin frowned when he heard. "He should report him" Soobin spoke while scanning the groceries.

"I'll talk to him later," Taehyun said while looking at Beomgyu who was changing the snacks.

"Good luck" They looked at each other and smiled.

"Your total bill is 300 won" Taehyun spoke to the customer. Soobin got frustrated when he thought of Beomgyu.

'Why hasn't he left his boyfriend?'

"Aish he is ruining his life with his so-called love" Soobin spoke while putting the groceries in a paper bag. Taehyun side-eyes him.

"Ruin your lives? Girl, love is part of the human experience. A cultural phenomenon that arises partly due to social pressures and expectations" Taehyun spoke while Soobin gave the customer their paper bag and said thank you. He felt like Taehyun is right.
