"Y/n.." Jaebeom stood up and gonna go to her but the lord stopped him

"Let me talk to her" the lord said

Y/n hurriedly ran fastly until she got outside of the castle, still running away and doesn't know where she's headed. But she saw Nayeon on the street

"There you are, I'm looking for you. I'm going to beat you up for hurting the girls" Nayeon said, Y/n is panicking while looking at her back

Nayeon noticed her actions, she thought that someone might be after Y/n that's why she's acting this way

"What's wrong?" Nayeon asked

"Where's mother?" Y/n said

"Why do you even care-"

"Yah, did you just raise your voice at me?!" Nayeon furiously asked

"We don't have much time, we have to go to the headquarters now" Y/n said

They heard a shout from the lord, also sounds of horses running towards them. Y/n held Nayeon's hand and they ran, the lord and his men were chasing them. They got to the dead end of the street, Y/n and Nayeon faced them

"What the heck is happening, Y/n?!" Nayeon asked, Y/n didn't said anything but look at them with fear especially the lord

"Why did you run away, Y/n?" The lord asked

"Why did you chase me as if it's some big deal?" Y/n asked

"That's right, it ain't a big deal. What you see earlier is not of a big deal" The lord said

"Not a big deal? You're murdering children, you're a monster!" Y/n exclaimed

"Take Y/n and… the other girl with her. Put them in the dungeons" The lord said and walked away

The soldiers walked towards them

"Let's defend ourselves" Y/n said

"I don't know what's going on but whatever" Nayeon said, they started to attack the soldiers

It's going well but one of the soldiers used their gun and shot Nayeon's shoulder, Y/n saw it

"Nayeon-" Before Y/n got to her, someone hits her head making her lost her consciousness

Y/n opens her eyes seeing herself in a dark dungeon with only candles that fills up to room, she's gonna stand up but her arms are tied then sees Nayeon tied up to beside her but her shoulder is bleeding

"I'm sorry" Y/n said in regret that she have included Nayeon with her

"I'll accept your sorry if you'll tell me what's happening between you and that lord" Nayeon said

"They take peculiar children's energy until they turn dead, I think it makes him more powerful and whatsoever"

The heard the door open seeing Jaebeom and Mark, they approached them
