XII: Prophecy

A/n: A year after THE PECULIARS were published!! Honestly, I didn't realize that it's been a year since this was published as I didn't update for months. That I literally forgot how I planned the whole storyline, I had to re-read from chapter one to the latest chapter to remember it lol. I now somehow remember how I wanted this story to go so I'll try my best to update often. And is the first update in a while, hope you like it <3

On with the story …

It's time for breakfast and they all gathered at this huge dining hall at Tiffany's castle, Waiting for the others to arrive. Just like Taeyeon, Tiffany herself has peculiar children. Their names are Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy, and Yeri. They are nice and welcoming to Taecyeon's children and even invited them to go for a hunt during dawn

“Are the girls still not back? It's already past 7” Taeyeon worriedly said

“Ease your worries. They'll be back soon” Tiffany assured

“Yeah, don't get too worried. They can defend themselves” Y/n said

Y/n didn't come with them because she is still recovering. A little later they came back

“There they are, girls, let's have breakfast!” Tiffany said with the girls sitting on the table

Some time …

Hanging out at the girls playroom, Taeyeon’s children are amazed by many instruments and other things that are displayed. They sit on the couch

“Wow… this telescope is so huge!” Chaeyoung said in amusement

“Well, that's actually a rare model. That's the last one ever because the legend who made that telescope already passed away a long time ago so there won't be more produced” Seulgi said

“I heard that you guys go to school?” Jihyo asked

“Yeah.. like in the books? Where could you meet a lot of people your age, and study and play together?” Momo asked

“Yup. It's the school for the gifted like us and it's our final year” Joy nodded

“That must be nice, I wonder what going to school is like…” Jeongyeon said

“What if we ask our mother to put us there too? So we could experience it!” Momo suggested

"But aren't we too old for that? Some of us are the same age as them and they're already in their final year" Y/n said

“Well, once you turn 13, you have the choice whether you want to attend Delaire Academy. But there are cases where they went a little older and still accepted, though you have more to do because you started late” Irene explained

“Then we still have a chance..” Chaeyoung said

“But I doubt mother would permit us to go there…” Y/n responded

“Yes, I agree. And we're only here temporarily, I think it's best if we only lay low for a while. You know our situation” Jihyo sadly smiles

"Why not?" Wendy asked

"She's kind of strict…"

“But she shouldn't be on our island! This is safe and only for peculiars, it never reported any crimes or had any record of foul deaths for decades! It's so peaceful here, perfect for peculiars” Joy said

“And it'll also be cool to be schoolmates with the chosen ones!” Yeri smiled

After the news got out that lord Jinyoung had found the “Chosen peculiars” that'll save the world from danger and evil, it didn't take too long before everyone found out. Now, they're quite popular among the others and would probably stand out the most, a peculiar heroes they say. And then, Taeyeon came inside
