Chapter 6:What pretty wings you have

Kumagawa was now at his aprtment after finishing the talk with Kimi. He was on a phone call with an old friend of his.

Kumagawa:[Oh...So this is it...I see...Thanks, Hanten!]

Kumagawa closed the call and crushed on his couch with a little giggle. He now possesed an incredible amount of informations that most humans and ghouls alike aren't aware of, to be expected from the Not Equal Who Is Just There.

As he thought, what was supposed to be an accident was stagged. Seems like an organization really wanted Rize to form half ghouls.

He's not sure why someone would be so obssesed with the idea of making those. Well, it doesn't really matter. Even if this so called doctor succeded, his creations would be inferior to what Kujira or Fukurou would be able to accomplish.

He found it really funny that the best ghoul investigator was also the leader of Aogiri when he was a failed attempt of producing a half ghoul. As a minus he must admit that he appreciates the trickery.

Kumagawa:[How interesting!]

Kumagawa's mood was cut short as a knock was heard at the door. Opening the door he saw Nishiki literally crawling at his feet.

Kumagawa:[Ah, you might be more similar to that certain girl than I initially gave you credit for.]

Nishiki:That bastard...He took Kimi!

Kumagawa:[Hm?]

Nishiki:Here...

Nishiki presented a letter with a red rose attached to it. It didn't take a genius to know who send it. Kumagawa quickly read the containing of the letter.

Kumagawa:[A church? How ironic.]

Nishiki:What are you...Going to do?

Kumagawa:[I guess I'll go. I don't habe anything better to do and I really should give him a lesson about inviting me at that gross club. I don't think he gets that I don't swings that way.]

Nishiki:Wait, I'm coming with you.

Kumagawa:[You're really stubborn, aren't you?]

Nishiki:Like hell I can stand aside while Kimi is put through this!

Kumagawa:[Well, if that's what you want.]

Kumagawa picked Nishiki by the collar and put him over his shoulder like a potato sack. The minus began walking forward while the ghoul was confused.

Nishiki:...What are you doing?

Kumagawa:[It's questionable how much you can move right now. We're faster like this.]

Nishiki:Fine...

Kimi was uncounscious right now, tied down to a table in a church with Shu in front of the table. The doors of the church opened and Kumagawa walked in with Nishiki over his shoulder.

Shu:Good evening, Kumagawa-kun!

Kumagawa:[What could you have planned? Going on a rendevouz in the dead of the night with Nishiki-chan...My, I tremble thinking how Rize will react!]

Nishiki:Ugh, can you not word it like that?

Shu:It's quiet simple, you see...I want to eat you while you eat her!

Kumagawa:[Nope! I'm really not into cannibalism, you see.]

Shu:Ah, but I'm not leaving you a choice!

Nishiki:Tch!

Nishiki jumped off Kumagawa's shoulder and charged forward to punch Shu. However, Shu easily evaded his attack.

Shu picked his opponent by the collar and threw him. Nishiki had painfully landed on a bunch of wood seats, sharpens of wood spilled around as he smashed into him. Thankfully, none of them pierced him because of the very tough skin of a ghoul.
