Tokyo, the capital of Japan with it's many districts as feeding grounds for the ghouls. The CCG with it's agents at their own advice hunt the ghouls. But what happens when a human more monstrous than any ghoul decides to visit his cousin.
There comes a time when people decide they want to make something of themselves. A job that is perfect for their personal goal.
For Hideo this was that moment. He had a sort of hobby for a while now, although most would call it unusual.
A sort of playing detective. He'd put tracking devices on people that seemed suspicious and, if tge situation turned out to be really dangerous, he'd leak the information to the proper authorities.
As it happened the last time that happened the one he put the tracker on was a ghoul that went by Yamori. Having come to posses the information of a ghoul gang called the Aogiri Tree, he leaked the informations to CCG.
As it happened, not long after he had come across an announcement of a free spot as staff assistant to CCG. He quickly took the oportunity.
Right now he was at a sort of interview to a man with black hair and black eyes. His name was Marude Itsuki.

He answered the man's question, admitimg that he was the one that leaked the informations. However, Hideo than heard a voice he didn't expect to hear here.
Kumagawa:[Man, talk about a tense parent child conferention!]
Kumagawa, usual for his flamboyant self, kicked the door of the office open. He stood by the left side of Koutaro while Akira stood by his right side, both being noticeably shorter than the serious investigator.
Koutaro:Excuse us.
Itsuki:Oh? When seeing all three of you side by side the combination is enough to make me laugh. Kuhahaha!
Akira:Special Class Maraude's used motorcycle is pretty laughable too.
Koutaro:Stop it, Akira...
Akira:What happened to the high class one you owned before?
Kumagawa:[Oh, oh...]
Kumagawa crossed over to Akira's side. They were whispering to each other, yet kept loud enough for everyone in the room to hear.
Kumagawa:[Juzo-chan told me he took it at the raid to make his way through the enemy lines.]
Akira:Oh, I see, I see...
Kumagawa:[But he also complained about how easily it broke. Maybe it was taken at a reduced price? And even though Itsuki-chan has a higher rank than Juzo-chan, he didn't even kill one ghoul in all of the raid.]
Akira:That's quite pityful. The poor thing...
Koutaro:You two...
Itsuki:...Shut up!
After that Kumagawa and Akira retook their earlier positions. Although they looked a bit too pleased with themselves.
Kumagawa:[Hm? Hideo-chan?]
Akira:You are...Staff assistant Nagachika?
Koutaro:What is going on, Marude-dono?
Itsuki:Amon, Mado, Kumagawa...Take this guy along with you.
