Caesar Flickerman, the charismatic host of the Capitol's most-watched talk show, stood center stage, ready to conduct the winning interview. Tonight, he had the honor of interviewing Grace Frost, the victor from District 12, who had defied all odds and emerged triumphant.

Caesar, known for his flamboyant attire and infectious smile, glanced at the cameras, ensuring they were capturing his excitement.
