3. THE RUNNING MAN p1

After a few hours went by we were at the bar with the radio on. The person said on the radio,
"Late last night, two dangerous criminals escaped by may city prison. These prisoners are known as the 'Nebraska family'."
  People were talking and listening to the radio as we sat at a table near the stairs and windows. Two of the men said,
"May city..?"
  "To close for comfort."
As people speak I sat there looking out the window behind the old man that was named, 'Roberto'.

I was spaced out as Meryl said to Vash,
"Let me make sure I'm following you both. This mad man running around and stealing plants and wreaking havoc is in fact, not you?" Vash nodding and hummed yes. As Meryl continues,
  "But he does look because this guy is your identity brother?"

He nodded again as she turned to me now,
"And you have another half that is you but isn't you in a way?"
  I nodded as my head was still looking out the window but my eyes were directly looked at her even if she couldn't noticed it because of the mask. She sighed at both of you seeming to not believing any of it. Roberto get out a sigh before says to the both of you,
  "Your saying we got ourself an evil twin scenario huh." He turned to Vash then as me, "That sounds to convenient for me." Meryl said as well,
"No tangible proof tho."

As they spoke I was no worries for me sense I wasn't the one being hunted but worries for Vash sense he's the one being hunted. Suddenly I felt something be placed on the table.
I turned my head to see Rosa's little boy with a cage of worms in it. Meryl was startled seems like she doesn't like insects and looked away with her arms shielding her eyes. Vash placed his head off the table and looked at Rosa's little boy. Roberto says to the young man, "hey there kiddo."

   Vash asked the young man,
"Those guys for us?" The young boy pushed the cage a little closer to Vash with his brows furrowed. Vash says to him,
"Thank you Tonis, we'll keep your buddies safe." He place his hands on the cage softly with a warm smile towards the boy named, "Tonis" as I put enough energy in my hand and patted his head. He smiled at the both of us as Meryl said in a awkward tone still shielding her eyes from the look of the worms,
"What a truly heartwarming scene..."

    Roberto says to her,
"Please, your not even looking." I continued to rub and pat his head. As he placed his small hand on mine whilst he looked up at me. If I had my physical body my heart would have exploded from Tonis's cuteness. Meryl whisper to Roberto,
"Are the bugs gone.?"

  Suddenly Rosa shouted out startled all of us, especially Tonis. I removed my hand from the sudden angry tone. We looked to the stair to see Rosa on the stair as she scolded her son,
"Quit that boy! How many times do I have to tell you not to bring your worms in here!" he quickly took the cage off the table as he ran off before coming back and grabbing his nite to catch them whilst she still spoke. Vash tried to reach out feeling a little sad for him as I quietly chuckled at her scolding him. Then she says to her little boy,
  "Mama loves you baby, now shoo!"

  Vash waved bye to Tonis, I got my elbow on the table and laid my head on my hand as I looked up at her, Roberto took a drink of his beer, and Meryl says to Rosa facing her,
"You didn't have to do that on my account." Suddenly she pulled a gun out and said to Vash,
"Sorry Vash..." I let out a sigh as Vash looked bewildered by the guns being suddenly taken out.
The whole bar have there guns out as they stood from the table with there hands up with only me and Roberto being the ones to sit but I didn't bother to put my hands up. Then Rosa finally says,
"It's the cash, not you."
