We all decide to head back into the building and all I can think about is if the van is okay. Should I just leave and tell Rick I'll be with Morgan? 'No I can't leave Rick I told him I wouldn't.' I think with a new determination.

After some more talking we all head down to the basement and reach a sewer entrance. I'm sure we can all smell the nasty bullshit from where we are standing. And all I know is that I won't be volunteering myself that's for sure.

"This is it? Are you sure?" Morales asks Glenn if we are in the right place but I'm sure from the smell we all know he's not wrong.

"I really scoped this place out the other times I was here. It's the only thing in the building that goes down. But I've never gone down it. Who'd want to, right? It really stinks." Glenn says with a small chuckle.

And in that last sentence, everybody gives him a look. But really he's not wrong the smell that's coming from down here he has to be right. I then start to see everyone give him another look and he lets out a sigh of annoyance.

"Oh. Great." Glenn says as he comes to realize we are gonna send him in first.

"We'll be right behind you," Andrea says trying to sound encouraging.

"No, you won't. Not you." Glenn says with a shake of his head as he makes it known he doesn't want her going with him. I mean I wouldn't either she would probably get us killed.

"Why not me? Think I can't?" Andrea says with a scoff as she gets defensive about him not wanting her to go.

"God your annoying. If he doesn't want to go down into a tight space with someone who doesn't even know how to work a gun. He doesn't have to okay. I wouldn't want to go with you either." I say with an attitude letting her know it's not because she's a girl but because she can't even work a gun.

"I wasn't." Glenn tries to say it's not what she thinks.

"Speak your mind," Rick says coming to Glenn's defense as well knowing he meant no harm.

"Look, until now I always came here by myself in and out, grab a few things no problem. The first time I bring a group everything goes to hell. No offense. If you want me to go down this gnarly hole, fine... But only if we do it my way. It's tight down there. If I run into something and have to get out quick, I don't want you all jammed up behind me and getting me killed. I'll take one person... Not you either. You've got Merle's gun and I've seen you shoot. I'd feel better if you were out in that store watching those doors, covering our ass. And you've got the only other gun, so you should go with him. You be my wingman. Jacqui stays here. Something happens, yell down to us, get us back up here in a hurry." Glenn says and I have to applaud him. He can make a good plan if he had the confidence to speak his mind.

"Okay," Jacqui says in shock that his idea is actually really good.

"Okay, everybody knows their jobs," Rick says.

Glenn leads down the ladder, followed by Morales. The others and I leave to go do what we are supposed to do.
