Hello! Peeling back the curtain a bit for a quick update on the state of RR at the moment!
TL;DR - Had stuff planned for 4/8 for the 1 year anniversary + short stories before that; Didn't work out as planned; going to aim for a 7/8 date for plans; hopefully should make it 🤞🤞: new chapter out now to tide you over
The longer story! Here we go.
So I originally planned to have at least 3 short stories out for Cobalt Cutaways by the previous anniversary date, then do anniversary stuff all month! Unfortunately, a lot happened to prevent that. The first story I did gave me such immense writers block that I put it on hold, as well as the aforementioned other two. As such, that's why I released the "Thrill Me Up" chapter of RR as I felt bad the release gap was getting too wide and wanted to amend it ASAP.
Not just that, but a lot of interpersonal + outside IRL stuff put a damper on my plans, including but not limited to: Graduating from College, moving for an internship, fun mental health blocks to get through, etc. All of this threw me off of a routine I wanted to get back on, but that will change!
Right now I'm in a somewhat more stable position and I'm hoping that it'll lead me to releasing at least one chapter a month! If I can get to two that would be swell but I want to keep things reasonable.
As stated earlier, I have some plans for my anniversary that SHOULD all be ready by July 8th, 2023. I don't want to spoil anything, but there's a lot that you'll like in it. I've been working really hard to bring this all together, and I can't wait for you all to see the fruits of my labor!

And just as an added treat to tide you all over until anniversary shenanigans, I released a short story for RR that goes in a rather interesting route. I hope that you all enjoy it, and I can't wait for you all to see what I have in store soon!
