Mister steal your gi-Man!-Haruka

"So you really think they are?" Gou whispered.

The two of you were eating lunch on the roof, and spying on the swim team boys from behind your bentos. Usually you would sit with them but today you were discussing something very important.

Your crush on the water-obsessed, forever free dolphin, Haruka Nanase.

Gou, your best friend, was convinced that he liked you too but you thought otherwise. The way he looked at Makoto was enough to convince you.

I mean, they were with each other all the time. Makoto could make him happy or be the reason he exploded into anger. To you, this was more than friendship; it was love!

"Yes I think they're gay for each other Gou. They just need to be pushed out of the closet," you replied.

"But are you sure?"

"Yes I'm sure. I thought the same about Rei and Nagisa and their together now." (A/N: Yes I ship Reigisa > 3 <)

"Ok, I guess your right. Are you going to set them up then?"

You nodded in reply. The two of you then started to plot how you would get them to confess their feelings.

By the end of the week you had come up with a plan. You told Nagisa about the new bakery near Iwatobi so naturally he asked Rei to go after practice. That got rid of them and left you two to carry out the plan.

When they left you went up to both Haruka and Makoto:

"Haruka-senpai, Makoto-senpai, can you help me put away Rei's training boards?"

They both nodded and followed you to the storage room. The three of you entered, leaving Gou outside the door ready with her phone to get a picture of them when they confess.

Meanwhile inside...

"Haruka-senpai, Makoto-senpai," you took a deep breath before continuing which made them both grow curious,
"I don't really need help with this. I just wanted to ask you something..."

"Which is?" Haru snapped impatiently. He was probably thinking about how he could be in the pool right now.

"Um, i-it's kind of hard to ask and its none of my business s-so you don't have to answer but are you guys.... uhh do you...."

"What is it (y/n)? We'll be happy to answer." Makoto smiled at you.

Damn him for being so friendly and making you feel even more awkward for asking this.

They both stared at you, causing you to blush and stutter even more.

"Do...do you play for the other team?"

"What team?"

You facepalmed and sighed; being subtle wasn't going to work.

"Again it's none of my business but are you gay for each other?"

They both starred at you for a second before their eyes widened and they both blushed really hard. None of you spoke for what felt like centuries.

"(Y-y/n), me and Makoto are just friends and anyway I-" Haru stopped.

"You what?"

"Nothing"

Makoto was giving him a weird look, like he knew something.

"Haru if you don't tell her I will"

Haru quickly grabbed your hand and took you outside, pushing past Gou and even more flustered than before.

"Haru what are you-"

You stopped as Haru pressed you to a wall, starring into your eyes. By now his face was like a tomato.

"(Y/n) I have to tell you something"

You nodded slightly for him to carry on.

"I-I like you"

It took you a while to realise what he said but when you did a bright smile spread across your face.

"I like you too Haru"

You both stayed there for a while, happy with each other.
