Just a dream| Itadori Yuji x reader x Sukuna

Time skip: (at this point we are no longer following the manga!)

Itadori's POV:

I felt the floor beneath all of our feet crumble as we all began to fall.

thankfully it was just two floors, otherwise we would have been seriously injured

I turned my attention to megumi and nobara , along with the second years. 

"Hey, are y'all okay?" I shouted to them

megumi gave me a look, along with the second years while nobara and panda gave me a thumbs up.

hey brat. why do you even care about them? its not like they matter in the grand scheme of things

sukuna, who asked. (this is the duo speaking in their mind... if that makes sense)

if it wasnt for y/- nevermind, brat   

sukuna suddenly stopped, leaving me extremely confused, but I wasn't upset about it. 

Time skip to after the mission: (exiting the building where they exorcized) 

No one's pov:

The small party soon left the building to meet with gojo sensei and discuss the details of the mission with him. 

thankfully no one was harmed too badly, sure they had scratches, but it was nothing like the last mission...

They left through the back exit, as to not draw attention to the situation.

as they left and entered a back alley they saw their white-haired sensei. 

"OH- HEY GOJO SENSEI!!!" Itadori shouted.

*whack* "god itadori, what part of dont draw attention do you not understand?!?!" nobara whisper shouted at the pink haired-male.

the pink haired male grabbed his head in pain and didn't reply as he attempted to put pressure to where nobara hit him.

as they met with their sensei and discussed the details of the mission, a certain king of curses decided to interrupt, 

"Hey, Yuji~"

this small interruption startled everyone for two reasons: reason number one: Sukuna sounded sweet, almost nice, and reason number two: he called him his given name, not his family name, and more specifically not his favorite insult (nickname) "brat".

even though there were startled, everyone wanted to know what was about to happen.

"yes sukuna" Itadori practically sighed.

"do you remember that small promise we made?" the mouth on his cheek smiled sinisterly, causing the party around him to ready themselves for an assault from the king of curses. "No" Itadori answered matter-o-factly, attempting to shut down whatever sukuna was attempting.

"heh, well thats a shame, because you did say that I could take over at any point in this promise" sukuna replied, clearly not phased by the attempt from Itadori, and in-turn causing everyone around him to grasp their weapons.

What happened next shocked everyone, Sukuna took over itadori's body and jumped high in the air, faster than anyone could anticipate (even Gojo), and disappeared. 

for the next five minutes the group of sorcerers began to stand in shock before attempting to start to find a solution, however gojo just stood there, deep in thought.

what would itadori promise?

what would he promise, that would allow him to willingly give up his body?

no matter how much Gojo thought of it he couldn't come to a conclusion. 

a loud thud, snapped him out of his thoughts, and answered his questions.
