The walk, and a small reunion

I'm a liar... I have briefly returned...

I'm temporarily back for this chapter.. (translation: I dont want to do research...)!!!

Shortly after the H/c girl left the alleyway, she found herself lost in a new and unfamiliar city. 

A sigh left her lips for the nth time in the past hour, 'what the fuck is happening?' she wondered absentmindedly as she walked down yet another street that she didnt recognize. 

As she continued walking to her non-existent designations she became increasingly aware of an individual following her. 

She slowed her pace and walked like that for a short period, before she began to run. She ran past many city dwellers before hiding in an alley, deciding that she wanted to know exactly who was following her, and sooner rather than later. 

And sure enough the figure soon passed the alley she was hiding in, allowing her to get a good look at them. Absentmindedly she identified them aloud, "Yukino?"

The figure swirled around in response, a look of surprise painting her features. "Oh my gods, I've been looking for you!" She stated, once she recovered from her surprise. "We need to talk" She finished, grabbed her friend's hand and began to guide her. 

The H/c-nette allowed her white haired companion to guide her, "How are you here?" she suddenly asked, curiosity taking over. 

Yukino stopped and sighed as she did so, seemingly reaching their destination--a lonely park--and decided to sit down on a bench, looking up at her friend before answering. "I'm not sure if you'll believe me, but I am a god." she said, looking to her friend. "Specifically the god of love and luck." She looked away as she continued. "I try to make sure that everyone has some sort of balance. For instance, that boy--your soulmate Yuji--has had a very tough life, and has extremely bad luck. So I gifted him a wonderful, and kind soulmate--you." She said pausing, and looked up to the sky. 

Her mortal companion sank down to the bench that Yukino now sat on, shock encompassing her whole. 

yukino looked at her once more, before continuing with her story. "However, both you and yuji have extremely bad luck." she said, a humorless laugh leaving her lips, "you got two soulmates who were apart of a universe far away, and he got paired up with you--and sukuna" she said, her voice becoming a bit bitter when she mentioned your tattooed soulmate. 

A sort of discomfort finds its way into Y/n's stomach. "Please dont talk about Sukuna as though he is a mistake." She said, defending her soulmate. 

a wave of surprise went across yukino's face before she laughed out loud. "Ohhh, no you misunderstand me, I'm saying that it's bad luck for your other soulmate." She paused, catching her breath. "After all, now he has to share you with the possessive king of curses!" she says casually. "Anyway, I wanted to see if you understood everything before you actually met your soulmates, but seeing as that cannot happen, I want you to know that I although they may irritate you, they will always be there for you, and that they will become the light of your life before you know it." she finished, looking up to the sky once more.

The H/c girl's eyes followed where yukino's were, and although the two of them were in a major city, the sky was so clear and she could see the multitude of stars in the sky. 

"Beautiful, isnt it?" Yukino asked.

The H/C girl just nodded, letting out an affirmative uh-huh.

"One more thing." Yukino said, pausing. "Always remember that you look at the same sky as your soulmates, the stars here are the same that they look at." 

After a small moment of silence, Y/n looked away from the stars, and looked to her side--where yukino once was. A huff of surprise left her lips as she looked around for her friend, but to no avail. She looked up to the sky once more, appreciating the view, before standing up and leaving the park to return to her soulmates.

Why do things have to be approved by IRBs??? Why do we need to make sure that our research is safe >:0 

Anywho- how is JJK going rn lol? is everyone dead? :D (IDK i havent read the manga in a while, or watched the anime lol >:) )

I have one or two more chapters, and then that will conclude this.. 

I'm still in awe of the fact that people like this and that I'm actually following through with this.
